PinkBlush Maternity has horrible customer service and a horrible exchange policy. I bought some clothes as a gift for my pregnant wife and they did not fit—probably not an uncommon experience; however, PBM refused to allow me to return the clothes, even for in-store credit. What an absolutely absurd policy for a company that sells maternity clothes online. Buy at your own risk.

PinkBlush Maternity has horrible customer service and a horrible exchange policy. I bought some clothes as a gift for my pregnant wife and they did not fit—probably not an uncommon experience; however, PBM refused to allow me to return the clothes, even for in-store credit. What an absolutely absurd policy for a company that sells maternity clothes online.
Buy at your own risk.

We also have a very simple return and exchange process, and also an extended return window for the holidays. We unfortunately do not allow returns of items outside our 30 day policy, or final sale items, which is stated in our return policy. My first order I guide my self by the size description and was complete inaccurate. Some close came damage and the customer service lady does not want to help they do not answer email neither. I better to go to goodwill that to spend money on this website. I have to through it away because the company does not want to help me!

Pink Blush terrible company with even worse customer service. I made a large purchase and after wearing some items, they came out of the wash with huge holes in them! Customer service refuses to refund me unless I pay shipping to send these items back. I would NEVER shop with them again.

Pink blush has stunning fashion… online that is. The styles are not the same in person and generally fit strange. The bodice may be tight while the waist is huge or vice versa. The most annoying thing is their "final sale" items which are not clearly marked. I bought two dresses that were final sale with out my knowledge and they fit terrible. I looked up customer service to see if they could exchange or return and was told they were final sale items. Very frustrating.

Pinkblush charged me $25 for shipping fees. After 1 month I also get bill from ups for shipping fees. Moreover fabric was worst ever fabric. They never answer call. No customer service at all. Just waste of money.

I ordered a maternity dress, the material was cheap and it was very revealing in the bust area sent back (charged 10 USD to send back) that was 3 weeks ago still no refund and keep getting the same email response that "it will be there in 3-5 business days"

I ordered hundreds of dollars in maternity clothes in April. Everything fit well, and when it was time to wear a pair of shorts in June, my hips had doubled in size... thanks pregnancy. I emailed customer service explaining the situation, and that the item was never worn, brand-new. They were unwilling to work with me even after purchasing hundreds of dollars in clothes from them with a body that is rapidly changing. I won't ever shop with them again.

I ordered 3 dresses and 1 bathing suit. I wear a size 8 or medium in all other maternity clothing. I am only 3.5 months pregnant and the articles of clothing that I ordered did not fit at all. All 3 dresses were a medium and they were tight in the shoulders, bust, and arms. The bathing suit I ordered was a size large and it was extremely tight on my legs. For being a strictly maternity clothing and the price in which they are, these articles need to be appropriately sized for pregnant women.

Purchased a bathing suit that only lasted a few months before the metal clips broke off rendering the bathing suit useless. When I reached out to see if there were any replacement options I was told their clothing isn't meant to last a lifetime. I would seek out other brands if you're looking for something quality.

I ordered 2 tops from the site, both were thin and see- through. Now I want to return, but all the links do not work, and I tried calling the number, but they put me on hold, and then said they are unavailable! I emailed them a week ago- no response.(They said they'll respond within 48 hours)
Will never order from them again.

I ordered a couple dresses in different sizes to try on to wear for my baby shower. I paid for overnight shipping, they took my money for overnight shipping, and the shipped my dresses via standard shipping. So now my baby shower is this weekend and I have no dress to wear. Customer service was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM PINK BLUSH.

I returned over $150 worth of dresses and never heard from them about my credit. When I tracked my package it says it was received by the company, yet they never processed the return. I feel totally scammed!

I bought a dress for a special occasion from Pink Blush. It looked super cute on the website, but it didn't work on my body. Because of where I live, I was charged $5.00 for shipping to get it. When I went to return it, I was charged an additional $5 for shipping it back to them. I basically paid $10 to try on a $52 dress.
I would not recommend this website, sorry!

Ordered some maternity clothes for my daughter was VERY dissapointed in the quality of the products I ordered. Material was shabby, sizing off, ordered a 1X stretch maternity jean and my friend who is a size 12 could hardly get into it. Stitching loose on pants, very poor quality given the price you pay. Wil not be ordering again. One plus was that it was delivered quickly.

If anything is wrong with your order, beware, Customer service reps are rude and don't care about retaining business. Worst experience I've had in a while, they literally could care less about their customers.

DONT BUY FROM THEM.
This company forced me to take pictures in the clothes that didn't fit and made me send it as prof as well as gave me the run around on retuning. Beyond mad at this purchase.

I purchased workout leggings from this company. The leggings not only dyed my legs blue (not in the same way new jeans might... this dye was way over the top!) they also dyed the chair I was sitting on blue as well! It completely ruined my furniture... the dye would not come out and it was everywhere! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you plan on ruining your furniture! This was a horrible experience!

Many of the dresses on this site look very cute, but the customer service here is poor. They also don't make nearly enough dresses, as it seems that every time I go to buy a dress, it is either out of stock or only available in one size (usually Small). It's very frustrating to waste time looking for a dress, only to be told that the dress is out of stock when you try to actually buy it. I've visited this site a number of the times over the past few months, and I am still yet to successfully buy a dress!

I brought two dresses (total worth $100) and tried them as soon as I got the order (like today, 6/25) They sizing was a little off and I called them right away to see if I can get an even exchange (not a return) but an even exchange so I clear want the dress. These dresses were on clearance so I understand no return. But yes, again if sizing is off its off... can customer has some wiggle room? Maybe store credit or just an even exchange?

Vanessa on the other side was abrupt enough to be " no you can't" and "have a good day"... wow! I though living through pandemic would teach people and companies more compassion. Yet, again disappointment.

I love their stuff and always recommend them, but just the rude behavior put me off. I will donate these dresses to women who are in need - so I feel good about spending my money.

Tip for consumers:
Only order if you are 100% sure of your size. Since they don't believe in accommodating your request for refund or even exchange on sale items.

I tried to return one item because it turned out to be small on me. It is impossible to reach them, they do not answer letters. After I was reading all reviews, the money for this will not be returned to me. Very upset!
How it is possible to treat people like that, especially those who are pregnant?

I was pregnant back in December and ordered some items, sadly had a miscarriage so they sat in my closet unworn. I am now pregnant again and decided to order some more items and fish out the ones previously ordered. Well, the one thing I will give PB is that they have cute items. Too bad they are misrepresented. Quality is subpar, stitching is horrible and every single item I have purchased is coming undone. One piece was a criss cross top that looked like it was sewn in the dark, everything was off about it. Out of everything ordered, I am disappointed with 98% of my items. Last return was a nightmare, none of my emails were responded to and when I did finally get ahold of someone, they screwed up my return. Upon contacting them again an employee insinuated I couldn't read as she lied about the refund process of the return policy. I will be finding every outlet imaginable to spread warning, BEWARE OF PINK BLUSH, THEY ARE TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Clothes from stores like Ross are made better than this crap.

When I first found out I was pregnant I was so excited to purchase from pinkblush because I thought they had very cute clothes. I bought 2 dresses, both smalls, at six weeks. I am an XS-S in every maternity and non maternity brand. Pre pregnancy weight 112 pounds. I could not zip one dress at 6 weeks. The other was a flowy maxi and fit fine. I haven't had a chance to wear it until now at 21 weeks. My belly now pulls the fabric. There is zero stretch. How can clothing be listed as maternity, if they do not accommodate for a belly? Where literally every pregnant woman gets bigger. Maternity clothes are supposed to make you look good when you don't feel like it. Their clothes run very small it's demoralizing.
Not to mention the fabric is very cheap. They are not as expensive as pea in the pod, but I honestly think old navy has better quality clothes.

I live in Alabama, and pink blush is in California. I ordered a dress and a shirt, and they were supposed to be at my house on Wednesday. It's now saying it'll be here Friday. I understand ordering something last minute isn't their fault, BUT don't make me pay $30 for overnight shipping if it's gonna take 3 days to get here. DO NOT do it if you live far away from their warehouse! I haven't gotten the clothes yet so I can't rate them, but as far as shopping goes, from now on I'd do the standard for free. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a few maternity items. The hoodie I ordered came with stings that extended down past the actual hoodie by about 4 inches. I ended up having to cut the strings because it looked absolutely ridiculous! I have never in my life had to cut strings on a hoodie before. I also ordered 2 "maternity" sweatpants that have nothing maternity about them. The waist is in the exact same spot as normal
Sweat pants. The pants are already too tight on my bump and I'm very petite and ordered A size up. Would not recommend
