PinkBlush Maternity has horrible customer service and a horrible exchange policy. I bought some clothes as a gift for my pregnant wife and they did not fit—probably not an uncommon experience; however, PBM refused to allow me to return the clothes, even for in-store credit. What an absolutely absurd policy for a company that sells maternity clothes online.

We also have a very simple return and exchange process, and also an extended return window for the holidays. We unfortunately do not allow returns of items outside our 30 day policy, or final sale items, which is stated in our return policy.
