I brought two dresses (total worth $100) and tried them as soon as I got the order (like today, 6/25) They sizing was a little off and I called them right away to see if I can get an even exchange (not a return) but an even exchange so I clear want the dress. These dresses were on clearance so I understand no return. But yes, again if sizing is off its off... can customer has some wiggle room? Maybe store credit or just an even exchange?
Vanessa on the other side was abrupt enough to be " no you can't" and "have a good day"... wow! I though living through pandemic would teach people and companies more compassion. Yet, again disappointment.
I love their stuff and always recommend them, but just the rude behavior put me off. I will donate these dresses to women who are in need - so I feel good about spending my money.
