Always discounts the cheapest item. Delivery times too long, shipping cost too high, size issues. Had to order 2 sets because I am small but with larger breasts. Should be able to order tops and bottoms by size for each. Given the models in your online catelog, I'm sure they are not wearing a "one size" set.

It's extremely obvious that the majority of these reviews are fake just from the wording.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I purchased from them back in MAY and still no package, royal mail have been really helpful but I have made contact with PMB multiple times, through email, through whatsapp, paypal. I have been trying to resolve for 4 months, and it could have easily been resolved by now. They are unhelpful, ignore you and I will never be ordering from them again. Money down the drain, this company should not be allowed to trade.

Bought a dress from this website and it was nothing as pictured or described. The website states that you can ship back and get a refund once you contact them.
Once I contacted them, they offered me back 10% of purchase price instead of the hassle of sending back. That totaled $8 of the $40. I expressed that I would like to shop back and they sent me the process on how to do it and I would get my refund 3-5 business days once they received it.
It's been a month since I've returned it and never received my refund. No one responds when I email questions on the status of my return.
I would never shop this site again.

Unethical Scammers

In the Spring 2020 I order a bunch of clothes from the company. Cute styles and fast shipping. However, the clothes arrived and were poor quality and did not fit. I mailed them back for a refund to the address listed. It has been 4 months and they still have not issued the refund to my credit card. They requested a photo of the package being shipped. I do not have this as the package was sent back 4 months ago. $130.75 credit due. I do a TON of online shopping and have never had issues with a return like this with PickMyBoutique. They are willing to lose a customer over $130.75. Stay away from this company!
