I bought a $347 dress from this company. Picked dresses.com. I ordered a size 6. It came and was too small. Their website advertises that you can return if it isn't satisfactory. They purposely mislead customers and they WOULD NOT RETURN IT! $347 down the toilet. I sent photos to them, The zipper won't even do all the way up. Nope. No returns… Only buy from this company if you want to throw your money in the garbage. Totally unprofessional and not at all up to the standard that we expect in North America. They need to pull up their socks or don't ship to our countries where businesses are reputable and honest, and customer satisfaction matters. From what I read after the fact. There are MANY unsatisfied customers. My message for pickeddresses.com is this. " If you don't accept returns, advertise that you don't. Be truthful. But don't say you do when you really don't. Countries like Canada and The USA don't like business that lie."

I was looking to order dresses for my bridesmaids that were cheaper than the dress shops.

We were able to decide on style and went ahead to order. We ordered an off shoulder dress in Burgandy. What arrived was a beautiful dress well made and true to size but in candy apple red. I reached out to their customer service let them know that the color was wrong at which point they messaged back saying the dress was custom (although I chose standard sizing) and they would not accept a return as the color was right on their part and that this was their version of Burgandy. They were willing to give me 10% off of new dresses and because of the quality. I decided to try again to get the color I want. Desperately wanting to get the color exactly right, I asked customer service how getting the color Iwould be possible. As a reply They sent me pictures of their factory swatches. I chose the color closest to the color Burgandy I wanted. Yet again the dresses arrive quickly but for the SECOND time they are the WRONG color.

In my opinion they make quality dresses but I do believe that the lack the attention to detail stops their dresses from being top notch.

If you are a bride thinking of ordering dresses online and have a specific color scheme in mind. DON'T order from this company as it may not come out the way you hoped. They will not only refuse to accept responsibility but will refuse to reimburse you for dresses you do not want.

So buyer beware!

My Daughter bought a dress that looked nothing like the picture and did not fit. She contacted "customer support" and was told that she got the size she requested. She tried explaining that not all size 10 dresses fit all size 10 girls and only wanted to return the dress. They have said they would not take it back. She offered to pay for return but they still said "no". She tried contacting them and the company has cut off all contact and not responded in 2 weeks.

They say the dresses are custom made but there's nothing custom made about ordering a size 12 dress.

My friend and I bought two dresses together last month. The dresses we received today are so beautiful. We are so glad to buy dresses from you. The dresses are totally the same as what we saw on the site. The beads on the dress are AMAZING! They shine beautifully at the light when I try the dress on. I do not even want to take it off. I love it so much. And my friend also love her black dress, a very sexy one.
And the customer service is great. They send me everything in time, my order information and the shipping notification. Their reply is not that fast as I expected. It may take one day for them to reply. But I totally understand it because of the busy season.
Anyway, thank you for the dresses. We will buy our senior prom dresses from you guys next year.

For me The experience with the company is good. I bought a dress it came in before it was originally supposed to arrive fits perfectly and it looks really good. Also I cancelled one other dress within the 24 hours period allowed. It took 16 days for me to get the money back but I had contacted them about it and someone explained to me that it would take from 10 to 15 days to get it back so I expected it. The person I contacted was really nice and professional also.

Ordered 2 months ago a dress. I paid 170 plus extra to have it Jan 26. Two months later and still no dress. They tried to tell me that my dress was getting thrown out at customs even thought I call customs and provided them all the information they wanted. Customs sent the dress back because the seller didn't give them the inflation they needed. Pickedresses tried to tell me that It was getting thrown out in the garbage even thought customs told me they sent it back AND gave me tracking. Over 30 emails and still no dress. Seriously this is not a trustworthy site. Go to one the you know people have received quality products from.
