I ordered a LG style 4 bundle to help fix my broken screen. Long story short, They didn't send me the full items listed and only sent a piece of them. I requested a refund immediately but they failed to reach contact with me. Horrible service

Be careful installing the home button ribbon back, if its not completely square it wont work. Use the non static tape that is on it to hold it back together, i had to redo everything three times, luckily the screen comes off easy because the double tape isnt the greatest. I did use a heat gun after install, it helps but still is slightly opened near the bottom left, ill get a good case that encloses it. The screen is great for $30, its not apple quality but it will do. Thanks again, i am thrilled my ipad works with out getting glass on my fingers anymore lol.

Purchased replacement Galaxy A54 OLED+Frame and product flickers terribly. Paid one-hundred dollars for what was listed as a factory replacement screen, and got a cheap marked-up knock-off. Don't shop here, ask Reddit where the best place is to buy parts for your phone. Zero stars.

Worked service industry for some part of my life. I know how it feels to to receive and give good customer service. Phone Remedies is absolutely given it with their shopping experience. Found them on Google. Found my phone replacement kit fast and just like that I was completing my purchase. Shipping was okay. They're were little issues with the delivery date. But Phone Remedies was willing to work with me. Left me with a smile and wanting to come back. You guys rock! Stay safe and healthy

I ordered a replacement digitizer for my daughter's 5th Gen iPad. The package arrived very quickly and I was impressed at the care taken to make sure the contents were protected. The two criticisms I have are: 1) the tool kit did not include the necessary fine-tipped tweezers. Luckily I own a pair otherwise, anyone who orders this kit for the first time would need to buy them; 2) Instructions were not included, but I did find a video on YouTube, but I'm a traditional person and would have liked a printed format. Overall I was happy with the repair and my order.

I ordered an LG v60 Thinq replacement screen and I thought I installed it perfectly, but around 5-6 hours later I started getting green bars on the left side, and they progressively got worse. I emailed their tech support and was answered my a kind customer service representative "Mark Wallace". He first said it would be $135 for a new screen since it didn't fall under warranty. After I explained my story though he stated they would send a replacement.

I found this company by searching online for an iPhone watch replacement face. I ordered the wrong one. They stated they would refund my money if I ordered the correct one. After ordering and receiving correct item they were true to their word and refunded me my original amount. I appreciate people that uphold their word. Great customer service!

I ordered replacement glass for my phone.
I received everything you would need to remove old broken screen, and the new glass.
This made it very easy to save money on having to buy a new phone, since they didn't sell my phone anymore. Thank you phone remedies for being there for me.

I ordered a replacement screen for my Moto G fast XT2045-3.
The purchase price was 59 dollars. Was on of the more expensive screens I found for my phone. I have always thought you get what you pay for. That statement doesn't hold true anymore!
What I got for my money was a generic piece of junk! The one they sent me has a notch in the top of the screen I did not notice till I had my phone disassembled. The original screen does not. The other problem I had was it would not fit all the way down into the frame of the phone. I did not want to force it and take a chance of breaking the screen and yes I removed ALL the double sided tape.
The only good thing I can say about this screen is that so far it is working. I guess I should have bought the 7 dollar screen.

Ordered a replacement glass of which you have to get a repair kit with tools (no phillips screw driver head as is needed for the repair job, I have the tools but its part of their deal you get as a package deal. More useless garbage for the land fill i suppose if you already have them. Glass was so badly shattered it became impossible to replace. Emailed them and then that's where it all went bad all they kept saying repeatedly 20% restocking and you will now need to buy the lcd with guess what another useless tool kit. Boys and girls this is the 21st century their customer service is archaic and there are way better options online for the things they sell. Save yourself the hassle the cost and frustration and don't buy from these guys.

I decided to fix my broken screen myself. Received ordered item and I found I had purchased the wrong item. Immediately sent email to company explaining that I didn't think I had received all the items because once I took my phone apart, it appeared to be missing some things. I received a very fast response the next day from Mark, explaining that likely ordered the wrong item. I double checked and had in fact ordered the wrong item. Mark continuously kept in contact with me via email, gave me good instructions on the next steps, processed the return for an exchange and billed me for the difference all in a matter of a few days. I have worked in customer service my entire life and very rarely do I receive VIP treatment like I have recently from Phone Remedies. This was my very first interaction with this company and will return in the future if needed. Thank you, Mark, for your prompt replies and clear communications regarding policies and return/exchanges/products, it is very much appreciated.
