I had to Order the same part three times, but finally got the right LCD for my Samsung Prime J-3. It look like it worked, but once installed my phone never was able to recognize that I had a SIM card in the phone, could not get the phone working again. Waste of $$$, but it was a learning experience. DO NOT TRY DIY if you DO NOT know what to do!
This was not PHONE REMEDIES fault, unless the LCD was bad.
I ordered the screen repair kit with express shipping. "I would be notified when the item shipped." I wasn't. I was able to get my phone repaired for way less than the kit. The repair dude at Sprint did me a solid. I emailed twice and had to threaten to contact my credit card company before they responded. And only that the item shipped already but of course even their website didn't have an update on my order. When they did respond they offered to take the item back and waive my restocking fee upon receipt of their item. Since they took that step I wanted to do the right thing and Express the package back to them. A good deed doesn't go unpunished. Two weeks after the item was returned, the charge was still on my credit card. When I disputed the charge, Phone Remedies still charged the restocking fee. I will continue to fight this with my credit card company. Awful doesn't begin to describe this "company". Use them at your own peril.
All you have to do is file a credit card claim which takes about 5 minutes. Phone Remedies will be forced to give you a full refund and they get charged an additional chargeback fee plus you get to keep the item. This will cause them to lose a lot of money and go out of business.
They purposely scam you with the glass lens kits as you can't fix your phone with those.
I made a review about phoneremedies.com that was unfair on my behalf. They were trying to make things right but all of their communication was going to my spam folder. The company made the issue right by replacing my battery with the correct one and giving me a refund. The new battery was simple to replace and it is working well for us.
Customer support was very good. Delivery was a few days later than promised and I think there is a glitch in the USPS tracking website or with USPS logistics in general. The part appeared to be stuck for several days at the same location, after that things moved quickly.
Note that I didn't read the T's&C's below, it is silly to ask a customer to read a bunch of extraneous details before submitting a review.
This was my second round in acquiring items to repair my iPAD. All items I purchased worked well and did a great job. My 3-year old granddaughter has been tough on the iPAD! Mark Wallace responded to my E-mails and hats off to him for trying to do his best with customer satisfaction!
This company is awesome! They are quick with their email responses if you have any questions. One of the components to the ipad screen was broke when we recieved it (it happens) and within a day and a half I received an email stating they are dispatching a replacement which is awesome. Most other companies drag their feet and try everything to avoid replacing an item that was broken upon arrival. I highly recommend this company!
Overpriced, description lead to misrepresentation of the item. Shipping items after requesting a cancellation forcing return shipping and restocking fee regardless. Almost as if they live on the restocking fee. And obvious tactic of pricing most things one cent below the free shipping line.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my phone, and requested that my order be canceled. I expected the typical "I'm sorry, it's automatic process, we can't stop it shipping out, you'll have to jump through hoops to return it" response I have gotten from other websites. Instead, I was almost immediately contacted by Mark in customer service, who was absolutely fantastic and took care of everything I needed. He was totally understanding and made the process hassle free. I will absolutely be using PhoneRemedies.com for future purchases. Thank you Mark!
I ordered the incorrect part. We decided we would ship part back and have a professional fix the issue. I contacted them for the RMA number. Sent item back with tracking, very important to have tracking with this company. They get item and three weeks later I still haven't gotten a refund. Thankfully I paid with paypal so I filed a complaint. Told them I sent item back with tracking. Rather than righting the issue their first response is what is the tracking? Making sure I still had proof they got the item three weeks ago. If I never filed a paypal complaint they would have never refunded me any money. Very frustrating their are still businesses ran by this type of people!
The parts and tools for replacing a Kyocera DuraForce E6820 did all arrive three weeks ago -- April 25,2020. However even after repeated emails they have failed to provide any instruction material whatsoever. Neither hard copy manuals nor links to online videos have been provided. Though we are moderately experienced with repair assembly, it would be both foolish and wasteful to begin such work without accurate graphic and written information.
Given this non-response, we've attempted to communicate with them to initiate a return of goods and refund. Again -- zero response. My pocket (so far) has ben picked. Stay away.
I ordered from Phone Remedies because they appeared to have the part (cell phone LCD touch/display) n stock, and I didn't want to wait for it to ship from China. Seven days later, I still hadn't received notice that it shipped. I was beginning to get concerned. So I sent an email expressing my concern. They responded immediately, indicating that it had shipped... and it had. Within a couple of hours I also received their automated notice that it not only shipped, but had arrived. The only issue turned out to be with the USPS tracking system. I did receive the shipment in the mail that same day.
Overall their service was GREAT. Their website made ordering the right part quite easy. They also provided several good links to DIY repair videos. This is the 1st time I have done a cell phone LCD display repair/replacement, and with their support I was successful in getting the correct part and installing it.
Thanks Phone Remedies!

I have installed the LCD touch display screen and the phone is working perfectly.

I dropped my phone a google pixel 3a off my brothers 3rd floor balcony. So I did an OK google search and it was one of the 1st sites that pop. So I'm thinking it's a top site got to be good. Order my replacement screen and kit was suppose to be 39.99 the repair kit was to come included. I didn't order it my self but had my girlfriend do it they charged me 39.99 for glass then 8.95 for the kit. They didn't send me replacement glass they sent me a screen protector but they did send the repair kit that was supposed to be included with the replacement screen for 39.99 not extra 8.95. I'm going to sue them.
I ordered a stylo3 lcd screen and installation kit. Got lcd screen in a week pulled out of package and backside of screen is scratched to hell instructions say plug in to make sure it works before installing but cant because installation kit was mailed seperately a week later still havent seen it been 2 weeks lmao. Sent email complain about gouged up scratched pos lcd saying i want replacement or refund got email 3 days later stating they want me ship it back but nothing about sending replacement or refund. I then ordered a glass screen replacement from the for another stylo3 i have payed extra for expedited delivery its been a week and still hasnt even been shipped out wtf? Dont be a fool like me and fall for all the good reviews they have to be bogus!
We're sorry about the issue you encountered. The backs of parts can sometimes look less nice as we are more concerned about the front of the device. We did offer a replacement but we did give full refunds on the order.
Great customer care and easy to communicate with, quick delivery, products were as advertised, would use them again if/when my phone gives me issues. Thanks again.
Repair kit arrived in a timely manner and worked out great. The extra double-sided adhesive allowed me to establish the same factory seal the phone originally had.
I would like to thank Mark Wallace of Phone Remedies for his professional, friendly, and appropriate handling of a problem arising from my recent order. Gloria White
This company is horrible. They charge a 20 percent restocking fee and for the majority of the products they offer for a fix are more expensive than just purchasing a brand new item or having a professional fix it. In my personal situation I ordered an Apple Watch screen replacement as well as a iPhone X screen replacement. When the products arrived I realized that neither part was appropriate for the repair and that just buying brand new items or having a professional replace it would have been cheaper. So I contacted support and got the approval for the return. They notified me that I would have to pay for shipping and also a 20 percent restocking fee. I didn't mind as I wanted to just get as much money back as I could from this failed operation. Well once the items were delivered the company had not processed my return and keeps saying that I need a return number which is not the same as the order number and must be given by the company. At this point it seems like I spent all that money and don't have anything to show for it, I practically gave them over $140 for free. Horrible company and horrible company absolutely do not buy anything from them. Scam artists!
After a post office error these guys did all they could to get my order to me. They always responded to my emails promptly, polite, and professionally. I would recommend them to everyone.
This company shipped me an incomplete item and refused to acknowledge it or do the right thing. I contacted them about it immediately and they proceeded to run me through a long chain of emails for days promising to re-mediate the problem but never doing so. During this process they tried to upsell me into buying a more expensive product since they didn't provide what was promised with the first item rather than fixing their errors. During this time 30 days went by so by the time I was finally too frustrated to proceed with their awful Customer Service it was too late to return the item. After reading their return policy they have every excuse imaginable listed so they can easily refuse returns and all of these are way beyond the normal return policies of any legitimate company. Read the return policy before buying from them and I guarantee you will instantly lose interest in dealing with them. I lost $50 and have nothing at all to show for it in order to a learn a lesson that I need to better research websites before doing business with them. They refuse to honor their mistakes and this has gone on too long for me to continue fighting them as it is consuming far too much of my time. My time will be better spent sharing my story so that others do not experience the same awful treatment and loss of money. Buyers Beware!
Answer: Legit company. Good customer service. I don't think it's a scam, it's a business.
Answer: Hi Ron, Please contact us at Support@PhoneRemedies to start the return process :)
Answer: No. They do not have a working phone number. They are a scam.
