Wrong item shipped. Have been trying to contact c/s for three weeks vis phone message (because no one ever answers the phone) and emails. It's like no one is there, son this company sucks and I suggest you save your self the trouble. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

I ordered Battery for Nexus 5 and received in time, but the battery was not as shown on website. On the back of the battery, the tape was different and there was no Numbers printed as shown on original. On contacting, they said, "Sometime different batches have the manufacture date on the front" The agent was not ready to accept the difference and hence I have to ask for refund. Finally got a hold for a refund after they stole my account info... told me they never got my shipping address when my bank and google account both have correct shipping address. It's been over a week after he said that I would be refunded in 2-4 days this is disgusting how they are still in business and google does not do a damn thing to shut down this business. Don't bother calling even if it's open they have their phone turned off so no one can call them. I'm ashamed and will be extremely cautious next time I order on the internet
Pretty much the same as the others, ordered something have not received it no one returns calls their so-called online chat tells you to leave a message which nobody gets back with you I'm starting to wonder if I will even receive it.
I was unable to get in contact with them after relentless emails and phone calls. There was no way to return the product I had bought without going through their bureaucratic process of filing a form of return, only which after they had read and accepted, would I be able to return the product. In the span of 30 days I had not received any call back or even an email reply saying anything. I am out $45 because of these scumbags. It may not be a lot but it's enough money to buy my dog's food for 2 months. Bastards.

I had to order a screen for an Iphone 8. The screen was defected so I emailed Customer Service. After a few email and no reply's i finally had someone reply. He asked that I send a picture of the defect so I did. Then I sent about 5 other emails and no reply. Never received a refund. Bad company to work with. Will not work with them again. Yes good price, but bad customer service.

Purchased a replacement iPhone battery from phonepartworld.com. The buying process was easy and the shipping was prompt. The battery looked a little beaten up out of the package, but I just assumed I misunderstood the product as new vs used. It didn't seem important on an internal component. I installed the battery and let it charge overnight, where it went from 23% up to 29%, which is where it stayed. The battery would discharge when in use even when plugged into the charger and would randomly shut off. I twice used the phonepartworld.com website form to notify them of the issue as well as used the PayPal contact form. Never received notification that they were looking into the issue, let alone that they would take action to resolve it. Will never do business with them again.
The seller claimed the battery is authentic OEM. But highly doubt because after replacing it and fully charged overnight but without using the phone, the battery went completely dead the next morning. Followed all the instructions and owning many iPhones in the past, I know something is not right. Tried contacting the customer service and never got a response from the company. I definitely want my money back. They just made a unhappy customer :(
I had trouble with my iPhone SE battery as it could not hold charge for an hour. I ordered parts for my phone and paid for fast 2 day shipping... a week and a half later I still didn't even have confirmation that my items shipped. I called and emailed multiple times with no response until I threatened BBB report. I finally got the man on the phone who at first started with an attitude but later became nicer. He told me some of our parts were out of stock and would take a week to come in (which we were never informed of this at all until I called). I told him I wanted a refund which he was good with... however, 2 weeks later and I still don't have a refund. We called about it and he said he already refunded and it takes a few days. Ok, but we are way past the grace period of getting our refund... horrible customer service, horrible company. I typically don't leave bad reviews and I don't like to but, you need to know before spending your time and money here that you most likely will have an issue.

It seems you wife (or someone else on your behalf) had contacted us before you communicated with us and was notified about this problem. We were told to hold your order until you notify us whether you would like to change the color of the back housing that became out of stock or to cancel your order. Once we were contacted for a second time and was asked to cancel your order, we canceled it and issued you a full refund. Refunds take between 5-7 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuing bank. Your request for refund was processed once you contacted us and was not issued due to a threat of a BBB report!
