Sent me a non-functional iPhone screen, would not respond at all to a request for exchange. Sent me a bad screen, took my money and ghosted. Got a bad screen and my money stolen.
My iPad charging USB Cable had been troubling me for a long time. I had to look for the right replacement for my iPad 30-Pin to USB Cable & Wall charger Bundle, while looking online for the iPad charger replacement, as there were many online stores for replacement charger but with no cable, I landed onto one such website and had a very terrible experience with them, after getting a wrong product, It was a complete waste of time and money. This time I was a bit scared if I would experience the same situation as with the previous online store. ThankGod! It didn't happen, This time I found PhonePartWorld after putting in a tremendous effort into research. I ordered the iPad 30-Pin to USB Cable & Wall Charger Bundle and received it in 3 days. The product received was genuine and thanks to PhonePartWorld for offering the genuine replacement, I needed.
6S PLUS screen replacement with full assemble camera, home button... was super easy to replace and im very satisfied. Only took 1/2 hour. Looks like i have brand new phone now. Fast shipping too.
1st - Never do business with a company that doesn't have a contact phone number!
2nd - Never do business with a company that has a chat line, and never responds to your request!
3rd - Never do business with Phone Part World!
DON'T SAY THAT YOU WERE NOT WARNED!
Used a credit card for a purchase that was later used in a fraud attempt. Not saying that a Phone Part World employee used the card, but it seems awfully strange that: 1) I have been using the card for over two years, and never had trouble with it, until: 2) a day or two after using it at Phone Part World, the bank calls and says that an attempted charge to the card was made.
WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
P.S. Should have known something was not right when I did not receive a "confirmation email" with an order number.
Ordered original Iphone battery, I was just few weeks in US, so paid for 2 day shipping, battery never arrived, wrote email but no reply, tried to phone- no one answers

Second time ordering here as my stupid iphone 6s broke again. Parts are great and I got my screen in two days.
I ordered an iPhone battery but it didn't work. I have sent them three email requesting an exchange or devolution of my money but they never respond.
I ordered a battery and they never sent it and never answered my messages or calls, they suck don't ever buy nothing there
I ordered a screen from the site. Its been 15 days still not received and no response to emails or phone calls.
This company is awful. Poor communication and very rude customer service. Stay away!
