Purchased a set of tires, but received and charged for 2 sets. Called about returning and was told I would have to pay to ship them back before I received a refund. I explained that I didn't order the second set and that I only had a receipt for 1 set. I was told that I must've made an error and would have to pay for shipping, which would be $75/tire. At that point I said it wouldn't be worth it financially to pay to ship them back so I kept them and am trying to sell them myself, hopefully for less of a loss than sending them back. I have purchased many items from Phastek in the past and have never had an issue. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

So I ordered a grill off of Phastek Performance for my camaro which had a body shop appointment which it missed because they didnt send it to me i had to email them asking what was going on their reply was it hasnt been sent because we dont have a credit card on file? They charged my card for the grill so i dont know how they lost it but finally weeks later it shows up in a crushed box with no padding around it and the corner is broken off so im not going to be wasting my money on Phastek again

I was looking for wider wheels and tire package for my Camaro and was having difficulty finding reliable information on what fits, wheel offsets, and tire sizes. Phastek Performance had all the specs for stock and ZL1 wheels and tire sizes posted on their website. It was everything I needed to make in informative decision for my application. I purchased the 2" wider ZL1 wheels for my SS model and they fit with the recommended tire sizes without any issue. Delivery was fast!

So, I ordered MRR replica Z28 wheels in high-gloss black. While doing so, I ordered Gorilla locks and wheel caps which were bundled on the specific webpage used to order the wheels. Long story short, the wheel caps do not fit the MRR 228 rim(s). They were great in providing me a 'return label' which made returning very easy. Now, I hope to see a credit on my bank statement. Like I said in the 'title,' Always great... except this time. I have and will continue to go to Phastek for my upgrades.

I have a 2016 Camaro SS and I ordered a set of lowering springs that was supposed to lower 1 1/2" but that did not happen. Front dropped 1/2" and rear did not change. After calling and sending emails phaser he finally sent me another set of springs which I had to pay an additional $100 and then I was to send back the other set once I swapped out. The new set still only lowered the front a 1/2" and this time the rear dropped only a 1/2". Would not recommend these springs. You will not be satisfied. Phastech is very slow to respond.

I was very pleased with the quality of the kit. Had several people comment that it looked like a "factory" install. This is a reflection of the quality of the InJen parts supplied not my installation. The instructions were a little bit lacking in describing when and where to install the sealing trim. If it wasn't for the fact the the instructions were so very detailed over the rest of the install, it wouldn't have been noticed.
Great product and a very professional finished look. Very satisfied.

First time buyer and definitely not the last. Bought the Mishimoto oil catch can and a Rotofab CAI for my 2016 SS. Install was easy and the 10% discount was really good. Only issue I have is using FedEx Home Delivery as one of the transport providers. Tracking information was not updated for 4 days and they could not give me an estimate of when I would receive the shipment. UPS delivered the Mishimoto and I had complete visibility on the shipment; it was on time and delivered exactly when they said it would be.

Received my CAI system and immediately went to work; right away I noticed everything was packaged nicely, no dings or scratches on any part. Installed in about 10 minutes with no cutting or trimming necessary. Test drove the car and while I didn't notice a big difference in performance down low, above 4500rpm, I could feel the change as well as hear the air going through that huge 4" pipe! Definitely would recommend to anyone with a Gen V Camaro -while a little pricier than most cold air systems, the design and results from CAI make it well worth it!

I purchased a gloss black ZL1 style splitter for my 2019 Camaro LT on 03/26/2020. I asked in April if there was an update, they told me it still had to be painted and I'd have an update by 05/03. Had to wait all the way through 05/22/2020 for me to reach out to them and ask what was going on. The splitter STILL was not done with no communication whatsoever. I understand with everything going on it was tough to get me the product I wanted, but TWO months I had to wait? I was ordering from at least 5-6 other car companies that were still able to get me the product in a more reasonable time even with everything going on and I'm talking about maybe a 2-3 day delay. A little disappointing that you guys left me hanging for two months but at least I know I won't be ordering from the site anymore.
