I called to tell Pet care Rx that I never received my package. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and today is Friday! The customer service rep kept calling me by the wrong last name, put me on hold for 10 minutes. They said they could resend the package (my dogs pain meds) express delivery, but I would have to pay first. It was only 9 dollars. I told them I needed the meds today. But the rep didn't seem to care. I said I just want a refund. I went to get the meds at my vet and had to pay double. Customer service at Petcarerx is terrible. I found cheaper prices on Amazon for non prescription pills cheaper. I'm going to wait for my refund then cancel my membership and remove my credit card info.
Company engages in false advertising. Prices and discounts are one thing in your cart and final order but then they change the prices telling you they can't apply the discount or they can't send you the quantity you wanted.
My rep Andrew was very helpful with my order. I had an issue with my order going through and he clarified the issues and walked me through what need to be done. He also informed me that I was missing out on cost saving opportunities that he immediately applied to my existing order. I will continue to use Pet Care RX because of the service

First of all I found it very easy to navigate the site. I am unable to get my dogs prescription due to the Caronavirus, my vet asked that we use online service and I'm so glad I found Petcarerx. I got a very friendly and helpful call from Andrew, a Petcarerx rep after I placed my order, to let me know they would be contacting my veterinarian and that the order would be on its way. We set up easy monthly delivery, and I saved lots of money. It's great!

When I dial your Companys number I always think, I sure hope I get Peggy. When she answers the phone her voice is so pleasant and you can tell she loves her job. Always helpful. I am sure you know how very important it is to have such employees like Peggy. They can make or break you.
The process is very inconvenient for busy people. When I place an online order, it is for convenience, but after I placed my order with them, I had 3 phone messages and 2 emails asking me to call back. The first time I called back, I had to confirm my address which seems strange. I never had to call the company I place an online order with to confirm my address. Imagine Amazon had to call every customer for every order placed... After that call, I had two more phone messages asking to call back. This time, it was to confirm the weight and age of my cat. I did enter her age on the online form, and selected "I don't know" for her weight. Did they think the information changed within 12 hours? This process doesn't want me to order with them again.
I want to thank Peggy for her great customer service. She worked through a dilemma I made accidentally ordering the wrong dosage of a medication. I will continue to participate in the PetPlus Program with great outcomes like this one. Thank you, Peggy!

I was comparison shopping for a product and wen through the process to get 75% off the first order. Nothing indicated that this meant you would have to join for an annual cost of $50. The email I received gave an offer code. I was never given an opportunity to put in the code and ended up having the order processed. I called immediately to cancel the order. Customer service person was pleasant and cancelled the order immediately, but had to put in a request to have my "membership" cancelled because my card had already been charged for it. I was promised it would be refunded back within a few days. We will see. Short answer: DON'T BELIEVE THEIR OFFERS.
I recently found PetCare RX online while I was searching for a cheaper alternative for ny dogs annual allergy season meds. Cristina Flores was my sales representative and I cannot say enough about her! She was extremely helpful and patient. This am, I ordered my dogs monthly dog food and saved much $! I am looking forward to saving more and more $ in the future!

I had an issue with my Pet Plus subscription and I spoke with Tyra in customer service. She went above and beyond to make right the difficulty and to also issue a refund to my account, some thing I was not expecting. She provided calm and competent customer service in a way that she must be a great asset to the company. Thank you!
They do not make the $50 membership fee clear before ordering and refused to cancel my order when I realized they overcharged me!
They did not charged me until after the items shipped and used the excuse, 'item has already shipped and we can't refund the order'. Don't use them.
Third time using them. I like the fact that you don't need a written prescription, they contact your vet and verify for you. Also this time I accidentally ordered wrong dosage and vet caught it and told me he refused the prescription. A simple reply to their email receipt had my order changed and reshipped in a matter of minutes. I also had a immediate email reply when I thanked them for such good customer service.
What a terrible company with terrible customer service. Bought a 'membership' for $65 only to find out I needed to buy it for each pet I would be buying Heartgard for. Customer service did not care nor did anything to try and fix it. Was told I would get a call back from a supervisor, I ended up having a call back myself. Take some tips from the reviews on this website and go somewhere else for your pet's medications.

Overcharge for products widely available, offer half price discounts for their membership but only when you are cancelling, will modify an order after you made it in order to remove discounts, will even send and charge you for an order that has clearly been cancelled.
I have been a member of PetRX for over 2 years. I have called customer service many times. Each time I have called for any reason, the employees are terrific at explaining their products, and solve any issue that I am dealing.

Talked to a supervisor Andrew for medication that they were out of stock on, finally in and they doubled the price! It was $35.00 and they took it to $70.00! They will take advantage of you any chance they get!

There are no markup fees on member pricing. Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
