I have been searching for my son for 6 years after we had a falling out and he moved away with his family. I found his current address on this sight and was able to meet my grandchildren this week. I don't care what anyone else says, this is a godsend you are doing here. My prayers were answered by Persoppo! Blessed be~
Everyone on here is a baby. Whining about what is and isn't shown for what? This site is $20 for unlimited searches. If you are complaining about $20 you have deeper issues in your life than coming onto this site and crying about your stupidity. I know how to read, and I saw on their site even before paying the fee the company tells you flat out what may or may not appear. If you feel you were "taken" by someone who told you to your face what wouldn't be there, you are beyond moronic. Please do the world a favor and be "taken" for real, somewhere far far away from civilization. I loved the service I received. The woman on the phone was very patient with locating my account and explained full out the limitations of their service even though I already knew it beforehand. But hey, that's just me being a reasonable and competent human being. I guess the other people who can't grow up scream the loudest.
This place was awesome, looked up my tweaker neighbor and got him arrested and away from my kids. The service people were great too, super nice and painless. I would hit this site up again anytime I needed the dirt on someone!

I have to laugh at most of the reviews on this website. They must all be very stupid people. Complaining about the money being charged for a service they wanted in the first place. Or complaining that somehow a company doesn't have that 1 record they wanted in the world... because every other place is so perfect right? If you have half a brain and talk to the company even before you sign up like I did, you can have a realistic expectation of what will happen. Obviously many people here are very short on realities...
Presopo wasn't that bad, kind of fun actually I like that it is unlimited, most places pay per report, but I searched at least 50 people without getting any extra charges or someone calling up saying my access was being limited... it was great! Maybe I don't see the blood type or social of everyone I search, or however deep people were expecting, but should that stuff even come up? That is way too intrusive for my tastes. I'm glad for what showed up~
Dispute all the charges and fight the thieving bastards until the end.
I did the 5 day trial. Found useless, no correct answers. I called on day 5 to cancel only to get a recording that I need to call back on day 6 Monday -Friday, yet it clearly states you can call on Saturday 8-3? I do not want another penny taken out of my checking account for useless and incorrect info! Sent an email but very upset that the recording says to call M-F,! Shelly A. Kibby
A search will show they have the info you are looking for. Pay them and you'll get nothing. You can cancel in writing and they will still steal the money from your credit card account.

Absolutely! I cancelled my membership and according to my bank, Persopo has not credited my account back with the fee they charged. I will be watching to make sure that fee is in my account. With technology at the level it is today, there is no excuse for Persopo to not have closed out my account and made sure my money is back where it is supposed to be. This is the worst company I think I have ever used. Gave NO information. Gave me nothing but a headache. Terrible!
Consensus in general is that you folks provide nothing and steal from people in distress
I attempted several times to kindly ask this place to remove my name/info for personal/safety/security issues. They DID NOT honor my request as other similar sites HAVE. I simply asked to be removed. I even called & I was never removed. I never paid them for anything.
The person I talked to was of no help to me. I would like to know exactly what it takes to have my name removed. SIMPLE!

After spending hours online searching for records on a particular person I decided to try Persopo in hopes of gathering more info. What a waste of money! I was able to obtain so much more information on my own. Do not use this site if you are looking for accurate, complete and up to date information.
Since most reviews were older, took a shot on the site. Ill admit I didn't find what I thought I would. But I called them up and while it was clearly scripted, they were straight with me. Said they don't make up info just pass along what they get. If it's wrong they can't help it, and I think thats fair. If someone tells you something you and you just pass it along is it your fault if its wrong? No its not. I have a problem with the industry not really Persopo. I asked for my money back and got it, I think the people complaining were expecting more than reality. Keep your head on and read what you pay for, be straight with them, they will treat you right. I can't bash them for doing right by me~
Come on, we are not stupid. It's impossible to cancel. Fraudulent charges when I never joined in the first place. Didn't even know what this site was... hell I still don't know, except that I have been fraudulently charged over 80 buck, RECURRING... by the "secret" billing from ZOOSK.com. A confirmed fraudulent charge, site. This a new card that has rarely been used. So some serious effort was put into getting the # and charging my card. WHAT? It's Insanity that this is happening to so many people. Insane but not surprising. BBB, Federal Trade Commissioner and ever fraud report site, I can find. And Who ever writes a 5 Star review, take a look when they joined and when the review was written... and how many reviews... tends to be all at the same time with no additional reviews RED FLAG to fake reviews. It helps with their BBB rating. Don't be fooled. If this reviewers are not going to be real about who they are/are not... I hope they are at least honest with themselves. Are they sincerely OK with how things are run and what is happening? Lack or morals and deceitful conduct. Karma is real friends... and it is a B! Tch.
I found this site through a search - it listed all of the items it would sort through. After doing two searches, I found the information was out of date and totally useless. With that in mind, I did a search on myself. The information was at least THREE Years out of date. Since I know my life in every detail, I found more than 70% of the information inaccurate. I looked up a few people I've known for most of my life - the information showed up was a mismatch of records from across the country. Some records were connected by last name only. A friend was listed as a "Sex Offender" by only last name - however the Birthdate was 25 years later than my friends. It was referencing a case 2000+ miles away.
I signed up on a Sunday Night - I'm going to call in the morning for a refund... I found more information about the people I needed it on, through a simple google search!
I find your investigations to be outdated. Geez, you have me listed in one place and my wife in another! I have friends that I've looked up and information is all wrong. They have moved or divorced and your site doesn't even list that. I know this to be true because it's a matter of public records. I will not recommend your site to anyone and will not renew services. (against my better instincts) I paid with my credit card for "introduction" on a Sunday night and due to time differences I called then Monday morning asking to cancel and they made me pay over $10.00 and promised a refund. I hope I get it and please learn from my experience- STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I just want to get away from this experience as unscathed as possible. The information was useless and very nil at best with many errors. Waiting time does not provide more information. Please learn from my mistake.

Collecting data from public sources and presenting it is a good thing for consumers. But what do you all offer to differentiate yourselves from the many other public aggregation internet sites out there? You don't. Or you do but in a deceitful manner.
You summarize your findings so that people with different middle initials are tricked into paying for a membership only to find out in the details that your name is summarized with someone else who has a different middle initial; and that your report doesn't mention the severity of the offense. You don't classify the offenses into misdemeanor traffic offenses or felonies. People don't care about misdemeanor traffic offenses, they care about whether someone is a felon: a murderer, kidnapper, rapist etc. You need to summarize based on first, last, middle initial as well as whatever the standard is. I wish I could give you F$^%S a negative five stars. You could easily make these changes but you choose not to and have made the calculation that it is more profitable to mislead the consumer.
