Was delivered within days of ordering, and the price is $10 less than the store in the mall

I've been a customer of Perfume.com for years, and the experience has almost always been very good, just a couple of minor situations in about 6-7 years. Although, there is something I've been noticing since last year, and it is that they have been increasing notably their prices, to the point that two days ago I found a product in a store at $19 while in Perfume.com is priced at $27.58, that's about 45% more, and that's not the only example. I hope this won't be the trend of the site from now on.

It was easy. Variety of selections and the pricing is amazing! I love it!

There were many different perfumes listed. However, there was no description on any of them. That's not good if you aren't familiar with them. Would like to see a brief description for each fragrance in the future.

It did not pull up other ounces for the brand so I thought the one i purchased was the best 1.

I have been using this site for over a year now and they have never let me down. You really can't beat the prices especially with all the discounts and it gets shipped out really quickly. The one time my item was damaged during transit, they immediately sent me a knew bottle completely free of charge. Great costumer service.

The product was not quite what I was looking for, so I emailed requesting information to return it. I received a ticket number, but no one has reached out. I have emailed at least two other times and called the customer service line to only be on hold for over 10 minutes without being able to talk to a single person. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to give me instructions for return and to confirm I will get a full refund. The experience was great until I needed help, so you can be sure I will not even consider buying a different product through this website.
