Super easy to place my order. Some sites drive me crazy with all the loops you have to jump thru, just to place order. I have had nothing but amazing service and products thru perfume.com!

Very disappointed with Angel body lotion. The smell lasts a split second before it evaporates. Contacted this seller by email but as ywt they have failed to reply.

My order took way over 2 weeks to be delivered, I am very very unhappy with the service I received and how long my order took to be delivered. I ordered this item for my mums birthday & it was delivered 2 days later. It should have been here on time. I will not be ordering from here again.

Promised same day shipping, four days later they still have the money, and UPS has not got a package from them to ship, customer service phone is not answered, and the website for customer service gives a Page Unavailable message. Now it wont arrive in time for this persons 70th Birthday! Either they are terrible at this or its just an out and out SCAM

I just received my first shipment and it was not anything that I wanted. Its not on my list anywhere. It stinks and I would not recommend it to anyone. Light Blue for women stinks. If this is what this service is going to be like then I'm ending my subscription

Although my favorite perfume was out of stock, I still got 2 of my other favorites! And they were delivered fast.

Received as a gift a empty bottle of men's cologne. Emailed customer service. After two attempts to resolve NOTHING was done - a new bottle of cologne was not sent out. I sent a photo with each email. The second response was that was not what was ordered and to send a photo of the correct cologne. WHAT?! That was what you sent! Then received email from another section of Perfume.com asking about the issue. I detailed everything to them and included a photo again. NO RESPONSE! They clearly fo not care I received no perfume and wasn't going to correct the issue either. Could not show proof of purchase as this was a gift! Moral of this story? Don't buy from this place!

I now own a beautiful bottle of Chanel No. 5. I've finally arrived.
