Immediately of opening package I could tell it was knock off. The genuine bottle is actually frosted but this one was clear. The smell is definitely not genuine and it's noticeably light in scent. Dissapointed to say the least.

I never got my order. I ordered this perfume since December 6th 2020 and I'm yet to get my order. I've called the customer support line several times and no one is available to help. I sent emails and never got a response. Please what is the status of my order or better still refund my money. Thanks

This is my first time using perfume.com and I was really impressed on the delivery time they were fast, and really easy to buy from, the 4 value pays made it easy for to purchase a couple of my favorite colognes.

I ordered one day, the next morning my order had arrived very fast service. If I had gone to a store, it would have cost me gas fare. I really really appreciated such service if you want to give a gift to someone special and you don't have much time. Just order on
-line. I like the fastness and price.

I placed order0n 12/18/19 for $180.53. I never received my order. Call the company a few times and got respond on 12/25:
Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 3:08 pm on December 19,2019. NEVER RECEIVED. I and my husband I were home on that day and nobody rings the bell.
Why not direct the carrier to deliver instead of drop it on the street. Now I have no purchase and not money. I filed a claim with USPS and Paypal.
Do I need this aggravation for my money? I Never will buy from this company again and strongly will not recommend it. It's the company's responsibility to make sure I will receive merchandise. They got my money and nothing else they care about. Very disappointed

Great cologne at awesome prices. You can spend alot or a little depending on your preference. I bought some very cheap cologne just to check it out and I was amazed at the quality for the price I paid

I placed 2 orders Wednesday. Although the first qualified for free shipping, I paid the extra $9.95 for 2 day shipping. The second one I paid $5.95 for regular mail delivery. The second order arrived Saturday but the expedited shipping package didn't arrive until Monday. How much sense does that make? The company refuses to acknowledge how ludicrous this is and refund the $9.95 I paid for nothing! They are completely unhelpful and have lost a customer

I found the website to be very easy to use. They accept PayPal which I prefer. Checkout was very easy. The gave a 20% discount on my order and free 3-5 day shipping making them the least expensive place to order the product. Communication after I placed the order was extremely good as well. My order arrived on my front porch within the 3-5 day delivery time just as promised and during the busy Holiday shipping season! Overall I am very impressed with this site and its products.

I love this site for ordering perfume at a reduced rate. But, the product is still top of the line. They carry one of my favorites that is difficult to find. I have had to use the waitlist feature a couple of times, but they always come through! Product arrives quickly, too. I can't say enough good things about perfume.com!

All I ask is for the BOD spray of $3.12 to be replaced since I received the item damaged and it leaked in the package. It was not visibly damaged however; the spray feature didn't function and it obviously leaked in the package and yet the associate name Vanessa wanted a picture. I had already cleaned up the mess since I had to check the other items which were perfectly fine. I spent close to $100 in this order alone and was looking forward to using Perfume.com again but, since the item was not replaced; I doubt that I will.

I found this site while searching for summer fragrances and could not be happier. The process was simple, the site informative and communication fantastic. I actually give them 5 stars but the site would only allow me to give 4 stars! They need to fix that!

I have been looking for this cologne in stores for years for my husband. Buying it direct from their site was just too expensive. He wore it years ago and had been wanting to try it again. Ordering it through your site was easy and safe. It was also delivered quickly. Thank you.

We needed a last minute gift and have always bought it (a particular perfume we get every year for my MIL) from Walmart. Unfortunately, when we went to order it this year, it had a 2-3 week waiting period with no option for overnight/rush delivery. We tried Amazon, and it was the same result with the delivery date. We came across Perfume.com and it had exactly what we needed. We did pay for faster shipping, but it wasn't horribly expensive (& frankly it was our fault for procrastinating and then needing it so fast). Delivery was on the date I was promised from the start and packaging was perfect to protect the glass bottle during transport. Will definitely start ordering from this company vs. one of the big name companies I've always turned to in the past. Thank you!

I have tried several of your perfumes and they don't seem to last as long as the original scents for some reason. Are you getting leftovers from the original company's and maybe that's why the scent doesn't last as long? I almost ordered a bottle of Estee Lauder youth Dew today to try them again but I can get it cheaper from Zulily. I don't think you will post this you should! You want to be honest and forthcoming with us. I'm not saying I will not order from you again but if I can get it a lot cheaper somewhere else I'm going to.

First time user, five star rating with hopes that everything goes well. And if all goes well I will be utilizing the site quite often. I love my perfumes and if I can continue to get them at these prices I will return.

My order arrived so fast, and I love the fragrance! The website is a little difficult to navigate, I am finding it hard to figure out how to add or remove or change my monthly perfume list. But otherwise I really like it!
