Perfume.com

I ordered 5 perfumes and then paid for 2-3 day delivery. Got my email saying that they were refunding me for one of the perfumes since it was damaged at the warehouse and couldn't sell it. They said they would send my perfume out one day delivery, free of charge, because of the delay on their end. Well they didn't send it out next and still received it two to three days later. Other than that, everything was great! Perfumes are brand new and in their boxes. Will definitely be buying from them again..

I place my order on June 13th, 2020 and the money was taken out of my account the same day. Two days late I received an email requesting needed information to continue processing my purchase :( I immediately sent the information to the suggested customer support. And everyday I receive the same automated email after 6 pm. eastern standard time asking for the same information. Also when I call after receiving the email of no one is available to take my call nor is anyone available during regular business hours. I'm so over this company before I could get started.

The website was easy to navigate and order, even their suggestions for additional items were in-line with my likes; based on my purchase.

The item I received was nothing like what I ordered, my bad $72 perfume is never $25. It was bad so I kept it; however I won't buy it again.

I bought this as a gift for someone else at Christmas but loved it so, I kept it for myself. I have already ordered a back up because I never want to run out. Quatre by Boucheron is the nicest fragrance and I constantly am complimented on how nice I smell!

The delivery and process was very fast and easy. I had no worry that my gift would would get here in time for my mother. I was disappointed that the discount wasnt bigger for cyber monday. It did basically eliminate shipping which was cool but I saw a lot of websites for other goods that had much bigger discounts. I still purchased from here because I heard good things about the site and dodnt want to risk getting a cheap product but I would appreciate a better deal next time.

Perfume.com misrepresented the pricing & the packaging. I receive a tester that Perfume.com was not suppose to sell. Plus, my credit card was charged twice for the same product. Please, check your records & refund my monies. Thank you!

I ordered 3 of the sunflower perfumes. Ordering was fast and easy and they arrived quickly. The perfumes were just as described on their site. I am very pleased with my order and will be ordering more from them.

Used you guys in the past were prompt and getting my order out and it was in great condition this time i ordered again a gift some cologne for my husband and paid extra for wrapping and a message well i got it in time however it looked like it was sat on and no message or gift wrapped what's up with that i hope when order the perfume when it is in stock it doesn't come like that just if you charge to wrap and put a message make sure it gets done because we order a lot from you guys and that was a disappointing. But prices are better then the department stores.

I have purchased from this online store before and was very pleased with my purchase. However this purchase is a gift and has not been opened yet, but I'm expecting it to be as good as my last purchase.

I saw a perfume in the store while on vacation and it was way over priced. Not only did perfume.com have the exact scent and brand that I wanted at a significantly lower and more affordable price, but they had it shipped to my house the day after I got home from vacation so it was as if I did pick it up afterall. I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends.

I have never had a problem shopping on Perfume.com and that is why I keep coming back. Now my 13 year-old step-grandson likes CK-Be. More than once I have had lady clerks in stores ask me what I am wearing and I tell them CK-Be and they say they want to get some for their husband! I used to get CK-Be in local stores, but it disappeared from the shelves and a lady recommend that I try Perfume.com and I have been here ever since!

I received Juicy Couture for a birthday gift September 2019, I loved this scent so much, first of all because of the wonderful fragrance and how it wasn't an over powering scent. It was a beautiful scent that I could wear everyday and not get tired of it. Also the compliments I received when wearing it was so kindly worded from anyone I came in contact with. I would get, "your cologne is so soft and flattering" or "May I ask you what perfume are you wearing?"
I felt like I was so completely set for the day, as the last thing I do when getting ready to start my day is to put on my perfume. It doesn't matter if I'm going to work, visiting with family and/or friends or just hanging out at my home, I know I'm complete with my perfume is with me all day long.

I always buy my perfume's from here. I am in the Perfume Club which is a great way to try perfume's you haven't tried or heard of. The only draw back is that sometimes the perfume is out of stock by the time it is supposed to be shipped to you other than that I have no complaints. Prices are reasonable.

Great perfume, decent price... very happy with everything. Maybe a tad bit on the high end of the price range but considering the speed that it got here in fact I was able to use Afterpay to break up my payments, means it was well worth it..
