I purchased a Peragon retractable truck bed cover for my Ford F350 in April 2013, so I have had it a little over a year now. The pros are that it is a quality design with quality materials. If you have a little bit of know how, you can install it yourself (as I did). The Peragon customer service, during the ordering and installation phase, was impeccable.
Like this type cover to be available for custom installers. I have found installing my cover to be less than simple. Now the wife is complaining. Should not have gone this route.
The product is as advertised and the customer service is excellent. I purchased the cover a few months ago and encountered a few issues with the alignment and installation. I am removing the cover and going with the Diamond Back HD. My decision is related to the vibration from the cover and the durability. The cover is giving me vibration/wind noise that I cannot seem to fix. I am also not happy with the overall durability of the aluminum cover, (bent the cover with minor weight). I spoke to customer service and they provided some options to correct the issue. I implemented their suggestions but cannot seem to get the issue corrected. If you need a cover that is easy to remove and you do not mind the lengthy install, Peragon should work for you. Understand that nothing can be place on the cover or any weight put on it, this impairs the alignment.

-If you move or hit the rails with a load, or place weight on the cover, you will have to adjust or realign the cover or it will not close properly.

-Lose use of the front 1/3 of truck bed due to folding of the cover
-Aluminum design does is not durable
This cover has great craftsmanship, if you like to use all your bed space for loading and unloading this is not the cover for you Why? You will need to unload from the back while cover is closed using ahandel with hook. Go flip top if you would like full access to your cargo.
I have a Peragon Bed Cover on my 2010 GMC Denali and am very pleased with it. It is very easy to install and use. I can lock both my tailgate and the cover for security. If I need all the bed space, the cover is easy to unsnap and remove. I highly recommend Peragon!
I have had my cover for about 2-3 years and really like it, it still looks good even in the tough Arizona sun, no fading. A little detail polish and it looks brand new. I have had a couple of self inflicted issues and my hats off to the service guys and gals. Very quick response, knew just what to do and got it to me quick. Great cover, easy to use, I like it because it covers our fifth wheel hitch so I don't have to lug it in and out.
I installed a Peragon Cover on my 2008 Toyota Tundra 2 months after getting my truck. That was the Best accessory I have purchased to date. It has been 4 years and the cover looks and works great. I am worry free when we go into the USC football games (Fight On!) knowing that all my tailgating stuff is safely locked away. Everyone asks what kind of cover that is and where did I get it, "Peragon.com". Friends and family have order their own covers and are also happy.
I received my Peragon bed cover for my 2011 Nissan Frontier yesterday and installed it last night with no troubles at all. Everything works the way its suppose to and it looks sharp as I expected. I have seen some chevy and cadillac trucks with plastic covers that look cheap. This looks really sharp with metal instead of plastic. My son in law already wants one for Christmas for his 2012 F150. I can't tell you the number or times people have come up to me and asked about my Peragon truck bed cover. It makes my 2005 Toyota Tunda pickup truck look new, even though I have close to 250,000 miles on it. The most important thing this cover does for me is keep my cargo safe while I travel through some pretty rough areas of South Texas. I have had a couple of hubcaps stolen, but no one has ever broken into my bed cover.
Although I purchased it in 2009, it still looks new and gives my Tundra a customized look. I plan to purchase another Peragon for my next truck, but first I have to put 300,000 miles on this truck. I'm confident that this cover will continue to keep my cargo and tools safe and truck looking new until that time comes.
I recommend these covers to anyone who drives a pickup truck.
If you ever had a good cover before you will hate this one. There are rubber gaskets in between the accordion panels that are stuck on with sticky material and the heat melts the material and the rubber peels off. The water will get right in. The caps for the ends fell off the first day. It doesn't open very easy and when it is hot you can't push down to open because your hands will burn. They (peragon) want you to keep the original boxes if you have issues and will only accept original packaging. Yeah I really want to store those big boxes and pay for shipping. Don't get any of the add ons at purchase. I got the rubber gasket and it came with no instructions and when you call it is hard to understand where it is suppose to go. You have to be able to push down the accordions to open and it makes a large part of the bed unusable. If something in the bed slides back there you have to crawl in the back of the bed to try to move the items. Very poor design, especially for Florida weather.
I have owned a Peragon cover for more than 8 years and have never been more pleased with a product. A quality American made product with world class customer service. If this type of cover will meet your needs, you must go to Peragon. Repeat... high quality American made product backed by American based, committed, world class support. Try 'em----you can't go wrong.
This cover looks great on my 2013 F-150! The install was very straight forward and the instructions were very easy to follow. There are also several YouTube videos that can be referenced prior to and during the install process. Highly recommend adding the Dual Deadbolt and Tailgate seal kit to finish this cover off. I've had my Paragon cover for over four years and love it. I was a little uneasy buying it online without actually seeing it. I was pleasantly surprized as it was exactly as advertised! I've only had a couple minor issues due to normal use and when I call the staff has been very helpful in getting me the parts I need. I'll be buying another one for my next truck.
Installed the Peragon cover today. It was an easy install. Your instruction manual was very easy to follow. Your online instruction videos really helped make the job so easy to understand. Right after installing it, I did a 15 mile test drive in driving rain. Not one drop of water leaked into the box.

I have had my peragon cover for a little over 2 years now. I love this cover. After trying other brands I would never buy anything other then Peragon. Install on my f150 was simple and quick. The covers keeps the bed completely water tight. A great investment for any truck.
I purchased my peragon truck cover about 5 years ago. It has held up very well and been a big asset to me. I can pack all my camping gear under the cover, drive over the dustiest roads imaginable and the gear will stay dust free. The way the cover folds is super convenient, I can carry a tall load and not have to remove the cover. Top notch product!

I purchased this cover after doing many hours of research online. I wanted a cover that locked and folded up as small as possible. The people at peragon were very friendly and easy to deal with, the instructions were easy to follow and the cover was easy to install. I would recommend this cover over any of the roll up ones, just because of how little space it takes up.

I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Z71 and the bed cover was on it. The dealer didn't give me any instructions so to speak so I got on Peragon web site. With in a few minutes I had it figured out. This cover is simply the berries if you will. It is easy to use folds up nicely and if you need few more inches it removes easily and is easy to replace. I was missing an end plug called Peragon. Rodger answered with an enthusiastic tone a voice and is sending me a pair at no charge. Thank you Rodger for the great customer service. My truck is black and the cover really adds to the appearance of the truck. If I replace this unit I would do it with another Peragon. I highly recommend it to acquaintances and friends when they see it.
I had a small dent caused by the shipper, PERAGON CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT! WOW. The cover is great, the customer service is GREAT! This is the second cover I have purchased from Peragon, so I obviously like the product. I was blown away by the companies integrity. It's good to see that there are still good people in this world.

We use a 3M product on our weather seals and it performs exceptionally well. We've been using it for years and almost never have a failure. When we do, it is usually caused by a process issue where the seal didn't fully bond. I apologize for the inconvenience to you and we'll happily provide any replacement seals you need. Our top-selling states are Texas, California and Florida so heat is not a factor in the longevity of the seals.
Like most large or heavy products, we have specialized packaging with molded foam blocks designed to protect our cover from the bumps and bruises of shipping. That is why we recommend that our customers keep the packaging - for sure until the end of their 30-day return period to make sure our cover is going to work for them. Returning our cover in homemade packaging carries a high risk of damage. For customers who throw their packaging away and later decide to return or need warranty service, we do offer replacement packaging for purchase.
