Tile says it all! There are products that do the same at a fraction of the price and they still can't get it to you in a reasonable time.

The product is as advertised and the customer service is excellent. I purchased the cover a few months ago and encountered a few issues with the alignment and installation. I am removing the cover and going with the Diamond Back HD. My decision is related to the vibration from the cover and the durability. The cover is giving me vibration/wind noise that I cannot seem to fix. I am also not happy with the overall durability of the aluminum cover, (bent the cover with minor weight). I spoke to customer service and they provided some options to correct the issue. I implemented their suggestions but cannot seem to get the issue corrected. If you need a cover that is easy to remove and you do not mind the lengthy install, Peragon should work for you. Understand that nothing can be place on the cover or any weight put on it, this impairs the alignment.

Cons:
-Difficult to install
-If you move or hit the rails with a load, or place weight on the cover, you will have to adjust or realign the cover or it will not close properly.
-Vibration/ wind noise
-Lose use of the front 1/3 of truck bed due to folding of the cover
-Aluminum design does is not durable

I purchased a Peragon truck bed cover for my truck via their website directly from them. Once I ordered I was told my bed cover would take almost 2 months to ship! I called and spoke to Jacob from sales and support and advised he was unable to ship it out sooner and suggested I cancel the order. Looks to me like customer acquisition is not important to them. I still wanted the cover so I got an email from Jason that he was able to ship it out a month from time of purchase which is still a long time but interesting how they were magically able to shave a month off, again he suggested if I didn't want to wait that long to cancel the order; I guess thats their favorite slogan " If you can't wait over 2 months, too bad just cancel" terrible customer service. I felt that as a customer I was being pushed out so that's what happened I ended up going with another brand and I cancelled my order so I ended up taking their advise. Then all you get is a email that my order was cancelled but no specifics on how and when I will get my money which they have held hostage for a few weeks now. Terrible company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. There are hundreds of truck bed covers with same or better quality than Peragon, that actually cares about their customers. Ended up going with a TrailFX great cover and superior customer service.

First don't believe in the videos on how easy it is to install. It's a geometric nightmare. Had to run out and buy some stainless steel quarter inch washers to shim the mounting clamps. Had the panel assembly in and out three times so as to shim the clamps in order to get it to track right. Next it leaks worse than a leaky boat. Called Peragon and they thought it was most likely leaking in between the head rail and the locking panel. Sent me a new head rail. Had to completely take it apart and re assemble. Still leaks. It's leaking in between the panels even third seam in from the tail gate, I can open the tailgate and see water dripping in. I primarily haul camping and fishing gear. Everything gets wet. Panels are flimsy and I fear that even a small dead branch falling from my tree will damage it. I returned it. Re packaging it even with the original boxes was difficult. Glad I got my money back, I'm going to get a Diamondback.

I bought this cover for 2017 f 150 after a year i am writing the review. It was easy to install and looks good.It started to leak after six months and i try to contact them. There is no reply from them. It is leaking between the joints. Nothing i can do with this other than use it. After they sell their product no customer service. I paid over 1000$ this one and now is the waste of money. Anyone need more information you can reach me *******@yahoo.com thanks fo the good looking bad product. I will post this one google and bbb

I purchased a used custom 1993 Chevy Indy Pace Pickup that had a solid, tilt-up bed cover on it. However, I wanted to use the truck to haul my Triumph Bonneville motorcycle to various events and track days, so that bed cover solution was not practical. After doing some Internet research I settled on the Peragon cover. I was able to install it myself with the included instructions and helpful online videos. Its design allows me to have my bed covered and secured for most daily driving and uses, and yet able to be easily removed when I need to transport my motorcycle. It has held up well through Chicago winters and keeps things relatively dry underneath. I have recently decided to repaint the truck and have the auto body shop paint the Peragon cover to match. Peragon is helping me with that process as well.

I purchased a used 2015 F-150 with a peragon cover on it. The cover did not operate smoothly and I was about to throw it in the trash. My wife noticed the price online and how pleased owners seemed to be with them. I then gave their customer service a call and spoke with Jason. I explained my issues and he knew exactly what the problem was. He had me adjust the rails and ramps and after 5 minutes the cover was operating smoothly. Outstanding!

Two local companies that specialize in trucks REFUSED to take my business when they were told it was a Peragon cover. Toyota ended up installing it. It worked well for the first year. After that, the plastic key-hole guard broke, and I could only open up (collapse) the cover from the passenger side. Then after a couple of months, I couldn't collapse the cover at all without the panels coming unhinged at one location.

Whenever i called, they said it was installed incorrectly and for me to redo it...?

I will never again purchase another product from this company, which is unfortunate because it looks really nice, and is American made. Oh well.

I have had this cover almost 2 years. Here is what I think. Finish-Perfect. I have a F150 in a red that is very reflective. The cover looks like it was painted with th etruck and is an option from Ford.

2- Fit- Perfect. When its closed and locked it is much more secure than any chells or covers Ive had. I hunt and shoot and keep my weapons and ammo in the bed. Its safer than my cab.

3. Easy to use. I dont often remove it but I often need it open for hauling equipment. It takes 30 seconds to open up the bed for cargo.

4. The truck is quiter. When I remove it there is definately more air noise on th ehighway and on bad roads more noise from the bed.

I was looking for a cover for my Chevy 2500HD High Country and I admit I was skeptical about this cover while I was researching and watching the videos. But I thought, why not give it a try. With the best return policy Ive ever seen,, how could I lose.
Turns out my skepticism was squashed when I received the 2 packages in near perfect condition, which equals careful, quality packaging.
I read the enclosed instructions and watched the install videos and started the process. Nothing could have been smoother and as easy. It took a few hours out of my Sunday afternoon and my truck bed was covered.
Ran into 1 minor issue and the support staff resolved it with one email and instructions.
I would recommend this company and their product to anyone looking for a great cover with phenomenal customer service. Best of all they are made in America!

I thought paying $700 for this cover, I'd at least get something decent. I thought wrong. It is noisy, it leaks water like crazy, it comes off it's track if you do not pull directly from the center, if an object in the back of your truck slides to the cab and is bigger than about 7" tall, you can't open it because it gets wedged so you have to crawl in the bed under the cover to unwedge it which is nearly impossible if you have other things in the bed also. Their return policy is 100 days... IF you keep the huge 8'x3x1' box and all of the other packaging... if not, they'll charge you $89 for another box. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. There are much better covers out there for just a few bucks more. Yes I'm bitter... I feel ripped off.
