I'm still learning this and seeing what's available to me for the high cost per month I'm being charged.

I know he had two previous DUIs and they are not mentioned. He was also arrested for a possible 3rd DUI in November of this year and that does not come up. Wy is that?

I just tried People Whiz and It did not give me the information I wanted and I did not want to pay for a Premium Package. I also did not want to be billed monthly.

DO NOT USE this PeopleWhiiz service. It has been a week and I did not receive my report I paid for, or receive a refund.

I needed information on 2/9/2020, paid for the report and then waited for 15-20 minutes for it to process. It never did, it continued buffering. I called PeopleWhiz and was told there was a glitch in their system; That my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund on credit card.

2/10/2020 Checked my bank card, no notice or refund received. Called again and was told it would take 4-5 days to process.

2/15/2020 still no refund on my credit card. Called again and was told again there was a glitch in their system, she would process again, and it would take 4-7 days.

DO NOT USE PeopleWhiz. THEY TAKE YIUR MONEY and do not deliver ANY service or report. AND they DO NOT REFUND your money.

All of this is blamed on GLITCHES in their system. They need to halt TAKING YOUR MONEY until they fix the "glitches" in their system and can actually provide a report.

I paid for the report. I was looking into my own Name Search. To see whats public about me. I PAID 27.99$ & PEOPLEWIZ... wanted ANOTHER 20$ for the "premium" report! YOU know what you get for 30$ dollers?... everything ANY basic FREE Google search can tell you. Infact I found more information about myself with a FREE Google search. This is BS! Waiting. 3 to 5 days for my refund'--- BULLSH*T & WASTE OF TIME!

OH &! TO TOP off how dissatisfied I am. called into Customer service to do so, clearly upset about you STEALING 30$ For 0 info.
*Alex*-(Representatives name) who took my call...( guessing people wiz is used to giving refunds bc no questions where asked- she gave me no problem really...) BUT she did RUSH to end the call & ended up HANGING UP... what the hell?! HOW RUDE, smh. If you dont want to deal with difficult people. Dont work in CUSTOMER service for a company that falsely advertising information it will provide/give.

In this life... we need to do N o t h I n g other... than live. SO, pick a career that makes you happy. Alex, be better tomorrow...& the next day...& the day after that. Infact. Everyday get a little better. IF your new- you'll get the hang of it. I have a good feeling however... you are not new to this company. So SET a better example. Customer service is simple, if your kind.

For 27.00 I got info that I could get out of the phone book. You don't even have her marriage to my son or any of her 4 kids total rip off

I think a lot of it is just for show because I know computers work faster nowadays. But that's all right gotta have a little fluff

Well I can't give a great rating on a report I haven't read. So far all I've seen or heard is that you have collected information

Your service suck. I have been trying to get a simple report on a new employee and hall you have don is charge my account twice.
