I have paid for premium service and I'm not getting it and it keeps asking me to update or to give him more money I'm not doing that I'm unhappy with being jerked around

This is horrible. They do not have up-to-date information, social media networks then ask to charge you again for a premium report. $27.99 WASTED! DO NOT USE THIS EVER!

I have found many mistakes on people I have looked up. One said no criminal record and he has one charges of grand larceny and theft, DUi and brining contra band into jail.

I really got very little info I was loooking for unless the trick is I have to upgrade to premium acct. No mention of what that costs. I feel like this was useless.

The report I rec'd did not contain very much info. I was asked to upgrade & I did not feel I should pay more $ to find out if Paul V. Eskew was alive or dead. Also, the report listed more than one person named Paul Eskew, but their age & location did not match the info that I entered into my search. VERY DISSATISFIED! Would like to cancel membership at end of "payed 1st month" of subscription — DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION!

The joy I got from all the good things that happened was a perfect example of what a great company you have.

Information is inclusive of EVERYONE with that name. Much of the info in this report is inaccurate as it pertains to my person. I am not aware of any information that I did not already know.

I have used Been Verified and Truthfinder and you are a little more expensive and your information isn't as comprehensive and now you want me to upgrade?

Can't really say it has I've not gotten the report yet after I've gotten the report and read what it says then I can give an opinion on how good the site is.

Well I paid over $27.00 for information and now to get the information I have to pay more, No I'm not satisfied at all, I feel like I just got scammed.

I have subscribed for one month - I am looking for my brother (I found his name) Robert A McGowan, who originally is from Myrtle Beach SC and was on his way to NY by car in April of 2017 - got in a bad accident and has been in nursing and long term facilities in (I dont know what county) Virgina. He has a daughter in SC who is sick and has stopped contacting me lettting me know how he is - looking on your website I do know that he has not been reported as deceased but I dont know where or what county in VA - Am I missing something as to how to find any medical info on him to date? Thankyou for your help if you can.
