Says criminal records? This person has no criminal record and you report many criminal records?
On their website it says the only way to cancel an automatic renewal on the subscription IS TO CALL *******449. My experience is that sites that do not offer an on-line ability to cancel a auto renewal are suspect and likely to make it difficult for a subscriber to cancel.
