Seems to be a good tool to help find people and/or get information about people. I have had one experience where the search ran non-stop for multiple days without any results and without giving me an option to stop the search. I think you should look into this, it is quite disappointing.

So far, you're no better than any other people search I've signed up for. That's five or six others. You want a flat monthly fee, and if you really want to know anything, really, that's when you pull out the big charges. Private investigating sometimes takes a lot of tim to find out information, and can be long, and costly, That is usual, yes? What's wrong with just being upfront about the charges in the first place. Little things like that make mistrust at the beginning. That's when my feelers are out to spot anything that looks out of place.

I feel like I was duped. You see I know this person personally, they are in my family. However, that being said, there is public information that is available (e.g. Marriage, divorce) that were not listed. So I'm out of almost $30.00 for what?

They state that you will get a thorough report covering so many search areas only to extort you for more money to obtain what you think you're already paying for. It is a terrible business practice and I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Information was incorrect. Said no marriage license yet he was married twice and divorced once. Showed a criminal charge but no details. Also shows a lot of other people besides the person I searched.

I just paid for the 6 month deal and the first thing I checked was myself. You records concerning me are 25% correct at best. This makes me wonder how many jobs, dates, and other life choices I have tried to make have been foiled from your misinformation.

Okay thanks knowing I haven't done anything wrong, also Four people pass away already, why you have their names on this program when they're no longer living is a great question as to why you're bringing that up to start with, and legally can be taken account against you for bringing something up that you cannot used to start with. You've made a bad mistake

In review, prior to payment showed criminal history... shocked so paid. Gimmick. Showed correct person for the search, but in the report showed everyone with my first and last name, even different initial. Had better results for professional service... Paid more, but worth it for real facts. Concerned as work at Govt job and if false information exists would be unemployed. Anyway pay at your own risk, just realize scare tactics to make you pay for results. Maybe another person with my first and last name, different initial has criminal history, but I did not pay for their info. If searching yourself and get incorrect data, would not find valuable to search for stranger. Maybe they have negative background and don't show up.

Easy to access, but I already knew more info than what was provided on initial report. Didn't want to keep paying for supposedly more info, Cancelled auto renewal already. Will not be using it again in the time remaining.

I'm paying premium prices on two people & I know these facts are wrong, or old because 1 of the persons was myself. I don't know where you get your information, but it's incorrect! I am cancelling your services...

I've gotten no real information on anyone I've looked into, no birth, death, marriage, divorce, or background reports! Tho I know for sure they all have one or two of each accept "death" records! So not good so far!

Hold on to your wallet. After signing up for membership I looked myself up. There was almost no information about me. BUT, if I wanted to spend another 20 bucks I could get the premium version. Which would tell all. So I did. Nothing added. Tried again with my husband. Same thing. I saw the ad for the premium version, but thinking I had already upgraded to that I clicked on it and was charged another 20 bucks. Customer service, a human, not only didn't help she was snotty.
