I booked online a one way truck rental that involved dropping the truck at a different location, they sent the confirmation, got an email also confirming that I am good to go and after 48 hrs they called me to tell me I am not allowed to do that leaving me with either paying by the mile or canceling my reservation. Customer service not only did not resolve my issues but was ironic and the supervisor was even worse. Really bad experience, would never recommend them for anything.
I started processing to buy a semi truck and it take me over 30 days waiting on that truck just because the sale rep and the sale coordinator are very difficult and complicated the documents that supposed to be processed in a days get 2 weeks to get it done please be advised if you buying a semi truck with penske make sure that you have something for 45days or more
We had a great experience with Penske for our recent move. They came to the rescue when Budget Truck rental cancelled our reservation at the last minute (I'll never use Budget again!). The entire experience with Penske went well, all the equipment was top-notch, and the people were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Penske and will use them the next time we need a rental truck.
We rented two trucks for our move and they made it so easy. Prices are better than U-Haul and they gave us extra days so we wouldn't have to rush to get everything unloaded after a trip across the country. We will definitely use Penske again.
I have used Penske.com on a number of different occasions to rent trucks for personal moves. They are top notch, do not charge a per mile fee, and are very amenable to their customers. I highly recommend this company for truck rental needs.
