We ordered three pairs of shoes with their phony discount and never received anything but the payment deducted from our card. The merchandise appeared to be of good quality and reasonably priced, but that is just a trick to rope you in and still your hard-earned funds.
I purchased shoes from this company and the shoes were way too small. They would only give me 40% of the purchase price if I returned the shoes, plus I had to pay for shipping. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company as they could care less about satisfying their customers. Here is their version of a size 11 shoe (in blue) and another pair of size 11 shoes
After 14 mos from ordering, I still upset. I spent more than 6 mos trying to get refunded for items not shipped or received n finally gave up. Worst experience with a company ever. The items that were received were very cheaply n poorly made n did not match up or fit right. I now order far less than ever before. Experience tainted me forever.
Ordered women's low top denim sneakers and was sent a pair of women's cheaply made open toe slides - not at all representative of what was shown on the website. Chasing *******@pearlfeet.com with no luck after one week. Bait and switch. Buyer Beware.
I have never received my order from this company. Do not purchase from these company. Their location is in China. I wish I had checked their background. I will be calling my bank tomorrow, and see if I can get my money back.
Dont buy from them, this is a scam. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and never received them (it's been several month now). There is no customer service, only automatic replies proposing a 10% discount on your next purchase if you are not happy... Do not buy, this is definitely a scam. Check other reviews of the company and you will see all the complaints and bad practices of the company.
Sent wrong size and colour. I returned at my cost to dodgy address. Pearlfeet refuse to acknowledge my return and keep referring to scam return policy. Under no circumstances should anyone buy from this bunch of shysters. STAY AWAY...!
I bought items in November one item arrived okay the other item as never arrived I have sent mail to try and sort all I get is just give it' another 5 days 8 February 13 emails still no item stay clear rubbish
My husband bought a pair of shoes from Pearlfeet. Many weeks later they finally arrived, but were size 7 instead of the size 9 shoes requested. I informed them of the error and asked for return information. They asked me to take a photo of the shoes indicating the size (there was no marking of the size on the shoes) and the size on the bag, which I did. Then they ignored several emails from me, finally responding by telling me to check their return policy (which was in Chinese and required a log on ID and password to access!). They indicated that I would need to return the shoes at my cost, since it didn't meet the criteria in their return policy. Needless to say, they have not sent the right size shoes nor refunded our money. On another reivew site, they have a hundred reviews, all giving the same one star review, their m. O. is to send the wrong size or to send extremely poor quality shoes. Do NOT buy from them.
I ordered size 12. They sent "US size 14". Their size "US size 14" is equivalent to a real US size of about 10. They offered to exchange ONLY if I paid return postage to China and wouldn't budge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these Chinese shysters! You will regret and lose all your money! I ended up having to give my shoes away to Salvation Army.
It sells comfortable men's shoes of good quality.the shipping this time it was of less than 30days..
This company is horrible don't know where my sandals are never gotten every feedback can't even find out how to get a hold of them

I should have looked for reviews for this company before purchasing. This saga started in July 20,2020. It is November 14,2020 and still not resolved.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes.
4 pairs of shoes arrived after 5 weeks. One of the pairs of shoes was the wrong model.
I of course asked for Pearlfeet to send the correct model. First, they acted like they did not understand the situation and sent tracking information. Then they had me take pictures of shoes and packaging and send them. And then they asked me to do it again, which I did, AGAIN.
I do agree with other reviews that their emails are very polite; but don't be fooled. They are very unethical in business practices and actual results.
So, the company never shipped the correct pair of shoes.
Not only that, but the 5th pair of shoes finally arrived and it was also the wrong model of shoes AND it was a duplicate type of the wrong shoes sent before.
So, now I've got two pairs of shoes I did not order and I don't have two of the five pairs I did order.
I have emails where Pearlfeet admits it is their mistake. AND YET PEARLFEET HAS TRIED TO BLOCK MY REFUND REQUEST FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. They responded to my dispute by providing tracking information to the credit card company.
Not only THAT, but they also tried to get me to drop my dispute with the credit company, saying they would be able to send the refund faster if I did. I see from other reviews that they are very, very unlikely to send a refund, ever.
So now I have to waste additional time just to try to counter Pearlfeet's unethical attempt to mis-represent the situation with my credit card company.
And by the way, the quality of the shoes they did actually send is very, very low. I've only asked for a refund for the pairs of shoes that Pearlfeet got wrong, but in truth, I would really like a total refund. I have only worn one pair of shoes out of the five pairs. The rest fit OK, but I will probably throw them away because they are too embarrassing in appearance for anything other than working in the back yard.
While it is within the realm of possibility you will have a decent experience buying from Pearlfeet, the probability is very, very low.

Merchandise of inferior quality, and customer service gives the run-a-round in attempting return. I received an incorrect order, and was asked to take and sent to them pictures, which I did, and they stopped responding. Further, the sizing of the pants I purchased was NOT of the length that was listed in description. They are like capris for men. Horrible, horrible people. Don't waste your time or money on this site!
Answer: Quite difficult, and when/if you do, via email only, they do not follow up with promises. For me, they just made a promise of a refund, but that never happened and they stopped responding. Further, my account seems to have disappeared as well.
