PCS Business Forms

Placed an order for business checks and requested a proof. When the proof came it was the wrong order and the wrong account number. When I called Christina told me I was wrong, not them - that they only entered what I gave them. Of course this turned out not to be the case as the account number they printed didn't even have the correct number of digits.

After 3 proofs that were all wrong, I requested a refund. When asking for this on the phone Christina was kind enough to hang up on me. She blamed me for all the issues which even if it were true is about the worst thing you can ever do from a customer service point of view.

I was able to reverse all charges through my bank and got my checks from NEBS.

This Company is a Scam check them out on Rip Off Report and see what others have to say. The business is owned by Husband and wife John & Christina Harris. They run a printing business out of their home. They have told people that they own a big business building but thats a lie everything is from their home located at: PCS Business Forms

Ooltewah, Tennessee *******-6515. Christina Harris goes by several Alias but the ones she uses mostly is Lynn Bowers and Betty Chitty. She uses these alias if an unhappy customer ask for a supervisor. John Harris is the entire Customer Service Dept and they have 2 teenage sons who also work with them.
They wiil take your credit info like credit card and checking account info and put on extra unauthorized charges. They have an F rating with The BBB also.
They also have hired workers remotely and these people have your credit card info. They also have a complaint and being sue from a customer. They have verbally abused and threatened customers. Beware of them they are a scam and will steal your money.
They both have criminal backgrounds.
