Bought for a friend, who trusted me but was intimidated by on-line, refurbished. She is very pleased to have so much for the price.

Power supply cord worked but 2 prong plastic part was cracked and retaining clip missing. Had to use tape to hold plug in place.

Phone does not work. Call for a return label so that can exchange phone. Never received. Left message and email friday. Haven't hear.

Mostly happy with the refurbished monitor I purchased. I noticed a few pixels that are out, but overall it isn't too bad.

Site is easy to use. However, product did not work properly and we had to return it. Still waiting on replacement machine.

Please keep cost lower, especially, for shipping. I have not used the computer yet, so not sure if it works properly.
