I visited PCLiquidations.com seeking to outfit the office for a small start up company with telephone equipment, including a PolyCom teleconferencing phone. As I was trying to make sense out of the many options, the chat window popped up. The customer representative, Kyle, walked me through them and made thoughtful recommendations. I went with his recommendations.
I'd like to say everything went perfectly, but soon after ordering I received a call from a tech telling me that the power supply for a refurbished product did not pass their quality control testing. As they did not have a replacement, I had to cancel that portion of the order. This was handled professionally and with no effort on my part. While I did not receive the product I wanted, thanks to their quality control, I also didn't receive a defective product I wouldn't have wanted. Moreover, I didn't have the hassles of dealing with a defective product.
Finally, I love the refurbished PolyCom unit I received. It works great, has only minor evidence of being used, and I paid a fraction of the price for a new unit.
Overall, PCLiquidations impressed me as a helpful, conscientious, professionally run company serving an important market niche.
I found the ordering easy to complete, I haven't unboxed the unit as yet, as this is a present intended for Xmas. Thank you for making this system available.
I am pleased to have found you. I rebuild computer and monitors at home and i have several computers that i would like good monitors for and the 19 inch monitor fits everything.

I was happy with the price but I didn't like that it was refurbished but that's from me not reading and I don't like that I couldn't cancel my order from the website after I placed the order on the middle of the night and customer service was closed and I payed for 2 day shipping so my order had already processed before I could even call customer service
Product performed as described - disappointed no charger included; it is not the $10 I had to pay someone else to get the charger - but the fact that I had to wait another day to get the charger delivered - the BUZZ of the new product kinda just smoldered because of this
I found out I need the piggy back card for the cd-4cotb card which has the line 5-8 port. Do you have a part # for that card? I need to place and order for it.
Easy to find, easy to order, easy to select upgrades, but prices on the sshard drives seems high for that computer... easy website tho, and order came in decent timeframe.
My only comment would be: if You are buying a "refurbished computer" make sure that the installed Windows version is clean...there iws no need for extra software
The exact cpu/system wasn't available after testing. PCL quickly gave an option for a perfect replacement system for the same price. It was a no brainer for me.
Got what I ordered, and on time. Only confusion is the invoice receipt showed the base model, and not the additional RAM I ordered. I had to wait until delivery to ensure I actually got what I paid for. In addition, the RAM wasn't seated properly and the machine sometimes reported 2gb, sometimes 4gb. I reseated the DIMMs and it seems to be OK now.
So the original thinkpad T420 laptop I ordered they couldn't get it to pass tests when they put in Windows 10 as I called after a week as I didn't hear anything. So a very nice representative I called got me a slightly different model the T420S (as they were out of the T420's) that was actually on sale and it was a little cheaper in price (I got a refund for the difference) and it works fine.
Still trying to make all the functions work on the phone... if I have any troubleshooting questions, I hope to be able to call you. Thank you, Colleen, Shuttercraft, INC
I ordered a monitor from PCLiquidators, the price seemed fair and shipping wasn't too bad. The item came in an oversized package and probably led to some of the issues but the box was badly damaged as so was my product. The power cord was also missing, but it was feasible it fell out in transport due to the damage. I contacted them and they were very quick to send me a replacement item. The new item arrived in a few days, and was in pretty good condition (box wise), but the power cord was still not included. After bringing it up they quickly sent out the power cord. I received my "power cord" today, but it was completely wrong for the device, wrong volatage, wrong amperage, wrong tip. I am confident that PC Liquidators will make this right for me, but at this moment I'm very irritated at the fiasco.
All that being said I would shop with them again due to the good prices, responsive customer service, good attempts to make the situation right. I hope in the future they pay more attention to detail.
Site easy to navigate. However, product received was not preloaded with windows 10. Only came with windows 7 pro and no upgrade possibilities. Luckily the coa was underneath the windows 10 coa..
Great barebones selection I don't have to buy extra stuff! Arrived with a dead webcam but they're being more than fair about exchanging it for another laptop!

What does this mean, & how do Ifix it?
Ordering was easy. The equipment is definitely not refurbished (as billed), but it does work, and for the price i can't complain too much.
Very easy. Got good advice from online agent. Had to return the first shipment. Second one seems to be in better shape and working.
