About the popup barrels, it the one ad that said,"buy one and you get one FREE", do you staffs from PCH remembered that? I know I did hit the order box on the screen. I wonder why it didn't go thru.? If I didn't get any answer about the popup barrels, I may give you ONE STAR rating! If I still don't hear anything about the popup barrels, I may want to drop this service and you can't force me to stay on this service. If I get a rep. To call me to stay on this service to play these games and buy more stuffs, don't try to be like the guy at COMCAST who trying to get his customer BACK! Now do you understand that?

Just saw someone trash publishers clearing house, WTF? Of course they are selling magazines and other merchandise, what do you think they are some billionaire who give out money for fun?
I have found them to be just what they say they are! I do not buy anything i do not want, however I do look at the stuff they have. I have found some real nice deals on things like you see on QVC and other TV offerings. As well the GAMES ARE FUN! If they send anything you do not like they unsubscribe faster than any I have seen and it is easy. I would say if anyone is unhappy with PCH it is their own fault for expecting too much. It is what it is and I LIKE IT!

This is a first, since having been a shopper with PCH for nearly a year. I just received an invoice for something I KNOW I did not order. The PCH website for ordering says to contact Customer Service immediately, but I just got the invoice today, and already the product shows as being 'processed'. Not only is that a slick move on PCH's part, but it is highly unethical, since never having ordered something I won't use or need. BUYER BEWARE!

They entice you with big dreams, but don't deliver on anything. They just want to sign you up for some cheap junk sold by their sponsors. Shortly afterwards, you will be on everyone's mailing lists.

Takes a little bit of time and patience. They only pay out with digital online cards now. I wish they would go back to the option of a physical card in the mail. Like Visa/Mastercard!

I have been playing the games to a while now and on most of them they don't load. I have also noticed that on the games that ey say that you can win money and I'm not asking for much I just thought it would be cool to win even $5.00 but all I seem to get is coins and don't get me wrong they can be used for bigger and better things but every time I play I get the same exact amount of tokens. I thought by playing a game there is always a chance to get something else like 1000 coins rather than 500 coins. The real test will be tomorrow because all the coins that I've collected I used to put in about 100-200 bids on a $50.00 gift card. It may seem strange to bet so many times but I wanted to see if it is possible to win something and make sure it isn't just wasting my time and the time of others. I have heard of people wining but it seems like you have to be able to play all day and not everyone can be home all day. Well I still think that if it is possible to win something that it will be time well spent I do think that they need to fix the games though. I play on my tablet because my computer quit so thought it was just me but I've heard of others with the same problem. Thank you for you time hope this helps:-)

Bad games
October 2, 2018

Games that state you are incomplete, but they will not open because they are frozen at the other end which results in only a few with the option of completing.

Expensive junk
June 12, 2021

With magazine readership plummeting, PCH has become a junk dealer. I bought two items on a whim. What a mistake, Complete junk. I could have bought better quality for far less money. I got a strip of caulk, shorter than advertised and it stuck to nothing. I also got undercounter lights that wouldn't light. I sent off complaints and just kept getting billed and billled and billed.

5 minutes ads
March 28, 2018

I play PCH to pass the time after work. I don't expect to win anything, but this Greg Lee commercial that lasts 5 minutes between each game is making it unplayable.

In as much as I get entertained with the accumulation of tokens, that only leads to continue gambling, I receive good ideas for items to search on other websites at way better prices. Thanks PCH.

Odds of winning are astronomical. Truth is they "beg" you to make a purchase. The items are often Dollar Store quality or can easily be found on Ebay and other similar websites. The consumer who plays daily is more apt to "win token" than a genuine cash prize. So long as the time spent entering their free contests is for pure fun and pleasure participants are way ahead. Buying anything, regardless of the "best price" offered always costs a minimum of $20. Because of the inappropriately high shipping charges.

Truth is the likelihood you'll be a winner is practically zero. You can tell your chances are practically zero when they "give you" thousands of tokens. The company began in the 50's in Port Washington, Long Island by the Mertz family. Suffice it to say I've been a participant on and off through the years (since I was a girl) and have only won once. It was a $10.00 check in 2019. I'm a Senior. That alone should speak volumes to anyone playing with hopes of winning.

Better odds in Vegas and in your own State Lottery!

Seriously, there needs to be a law to prevent the kind of deceptive practices that PCH uses to constantly bait people into purchasing the straight up crap that they sell (and charge you PREMIUM shipping and handling charges for) as an enticement to possibly having even the slimmest chance of winning their ludicrous contests. For the life of me, I don't know how my wife and I ever got caught up in this horrible mess. All of the hundreds of dollars that we have spent on their straight up crap (only to find we could have purchased products ten times quality at half the price through Amazon or Walmart) and then paid $10 or more for shipping and handling on every order (and even on their FREE BONUS items) amounts to so much that it's EMBARASSING! Really. We don't say a WORD to ANYONE about what we have spent on PCH. We're too ashamed. But, we have finally wised up and quit. PCH has screwed us long enough. It's about time we told them 'SCREW YOU PCH!'

PCH is the WORST sweeps prize EVER to exist with however they put the #s with peoples names& however they go about picking the winner REALLY, REALLY SUCKS! With having 17 years of getting sweeps garbage in the mail & turning in my name& #'s stuff each time&also even entering in online with never ever ordering anything & my name has NEVER EVER been chosen by them at all, during all these years! So whoever puts the names & numbers together & whoever picks the winner does a HORRIBLE JOB in picking the winners since NO ONE should wait over 15years for his or her name to finally get picked to win 1 of these money prizes! PCH is the WORST sweeps prize giveaway company ever!

What happens if i don't use tokens from playing? I would rather use on real options not go up against 500 to 100 or more and just loose the tokens I have worked so hard to get.

I have been participating in PCH contest for 38 years. I have earned 96,000,000 tokens since Jan 1917. I have established a VIP Elite status and a Presidential Preferred customer status with a Diamond rating. I did all of the above in an attempt, that by doing, that I might improve chances of winning a life changing prize. I have indeed won a whole $10. However, I have proved only that I am not lucky in these type of matters. I am lucky in life so not to worry. If I had won one of the larger prizes I would have given much of it away anyway. I have other useful things to do with my time.
I do have one suggestion: Your $30 mystery gift program should offer the participant to pick something from the offer sheet rather than have a blind gift. I would have taken that up if it had been a choice. I do not like nor appreciated getting a surprise gift. It is usually a disappointment. Many of the gifts that I would like are priced under the $30 ceiling and you would make more profit. For instance I would have chosen CD's instead of some kitchen or household item, jewelry or tool.

This is not legit. They promise you a prize that never comes and spam you all day long to purchase their products.
IT should be illegal. It should be called Publishers Fleeing House.
