Just says " technical error, please try again" when I try to close my account. Customer service ignores my email. Whole service seems scam my.
This is a said company that no reply back too any soort off contact. I don't understand its unbelievable. I have send 11 emails and have one response, so I replied that email thinking now I have contact everything gonna be alright but nothing is true by thinking off that. No More further contacting from the paysafecard team it's really said how they treat they customers. I'll never get treated this Way before and I hope I'll never will again
They closed my account with after several years without giving a reason (for internal reasons). I found a bug in their system and reported it directly to the customer service team. I made a full explanation and showed where the error was. They asked for the personal information: address in details, my all private data with my parent names, they asked for bank page screenshot, bank statement and ID card, I sent them all, after that they close my account with permban without possibility to create a new one. I have completely nothing to hide. I've done for other companies similar things and have never encountered a similar behaviour. I reported it to the European institutions.
Shady company: got a paysafecard as a gift. I didn't know about a monthly maintenance fee until i tried to deposit and i was 3€ short of the minimum deposit amount.
Now i can only deposit 20€ instead of the original 25€ which leads to me losing 2€ more.
They should really write about that maintenance fee somewhere on the card/receipt, it's only visible on their website.
They told me rates in the beginning but charged higher processing fees at the end of the month. They don't take out fees per transaction but a lump sum at the beginning of the next month. Dropped them after 1 month but still got changed for 2 months.
Returned all equipment on 6/7/2023 and I have proof from UPS that it was delivered on 6/12/2023 at 9:24 am.
10/24/2023, Paysafe did an ACH from my bank account for $599 for a $49 device. Said they have an addendum that allows that to do that. Gave me a run around about this whole situation. Spent 2 1/2 hours changing bank accounts, changing deposits and withdraw accounts.
Claiming that they are sending me a full refund.
The company completely ignores customers, disinterest despite many messages sent. The company ensures that the verification takes several minutes. And it already takes several days. I cannot use my own money. They don't reply to emails.
A way to pay online so your info isn't available if the site gets hacked. Sounds great, right?
But this isn't that. I looked up the outlet locations closest to me and went to all FOUR of them. They were all legitimate addresses and even the names on the site's locator matched the business names. NONE of the businesses had ever heard of paysafecard. None.
They don't have anyone in customer service? There is no chat, the response emails are all automatic. There is no phone. I have spent 5 days trying to resolve a difficulty that they are not able to resolve so that my identity is recognized (which is clearly because there is no human on the other side reading the documentation). The service is lousy. I do not recommend that anyone have a service with which you have no means of communication.
Paysafecard is available in my country so i bought one for 25euros so i can buy something online as their site says thats it supported anywhere. Now i can't buy anything anywhere, i just ended up with a receipt that i bought it for 25euros.
None of stores they recommended would accept my 16-digit code.
Requested a refund, due to other circumstances. Needless to say, they took the money from the paysafe account, and never refunded. Had to report to the Canadian fraud, and low and behold paysafe was listed on the site.
On my very first try of this service it took four days for the $126 charge to process for this scam. Then some lady called me harrassing me asking me "How my clients find me?" I said "I conduct sales I find them." She then said she was placing my account on hold since she couldn't verify how my clients find me? Apparently this conglomerate is a scam which uses a partnership with Flagship and other entities to obscure and hide various practices, fees and scam practices - such as when you discover they are a scam and discontinue, charging 'Early termination fees' like $500 which themselves are a scam. This entire operation is criminal.
Hi everyone, I wanted to make a normal transfer, I gave all the data the first time it went and then they blocked my account where I had 120 euros on it, they didn't even let me use my money on the application, I hardly respond to emails maximum frivolity game
While it is *technically* possible to use them and not have problems there is a high probability that you will. Should you be unfortunate enough to encounter one you might as well consider your money GONE. They seemingly lock cards at random and will not under any circumstance return your money to you without providing them with a birth certificate or passport or other really sensitive information. Many people have been ripped off by these guys even AFTER forking over all their identification. If you are looking for a prepaid service to use stay FAR away from this one. They are not to be trusted.
App showed a balance but their website said invalid card number. I am unable to make online purchases and their support could not assist because there was no transactions. I just requested a refund and I'm worried i won't get it now after seeing these other complaints.
Absolutely love using this card... with my extreme paranoia of identity theft and the likes I feel like I can safely buy things online again.
All anyone needs is to get a code (go to the local gas station or whatever - give the guy €50 and he gives you a pin code), then you can go from there. All major gaming sites accept the card as well as amazon and itunes. And if, by chance, other online shopping needs should be met, the HP offers a great variety of other sites and services that accept the card! It is really a great idea and so very easy to use.
Thus far my experience with them has been negative. I allegedly earned reasonable profits but withdrawing said profits were impossible and the company wanted more money deposited in order to release the funds I invested and earned. I got help from BR0ADOA/K-CAPITAL.C0M who helped me get all my funds back.
How on are these clowns still alive.

So bought a €50 paysafe(not a first time), wanted to use and got blocked for security reasons apparently?! Sent all the documents, answered all the questions just to get a refund form after 6 days of waiting which won't even let me upload my documents nor accept my address! The customer service is abysmal with no explanation or help at all!
I have brought 2 tickets one of 100 Romanian RON, and one of 300 RON.
I used that of 100 RON, and when i tried to use the other one of 300 RON, the pin was locked.
I send an email to them, and they request all my personal info, to give me a refund.
They never give me an explanation, why that pin was locked.
Of course i did not send my info to them, because i don't know who they are.
And i'm pretty sure they can see that ticket was't used. So they simply could send me another pin. But instead they ask for all my personal info, thing that i consider suspicious.
And now i just lost 300 RON equivalent of 80 dollars.
So better avoid using this company products!

There is many variation in usage and it is not clearly informed up front.
There are many restrictions to some paysafecard and it takes ages to get refunded. Me personally are trying to get refunded since 12 April, the case went to "right department" at second of may and still today I didn't get any refund or update...
Answer: Because they are not remotely safe. Their answer to detected fraud is to freeze the card and keep the balance! Yes - you read that right! They stop thieves from getting your money by keeping it for themselves. So the net effect is the same to you the paying customer. Avoid them at all costs.
