Don't use Paypal

If you have another option do not use Paypal.

They have over drawn my account and then refused to help with fees.

The customer service sucks. They will not answer the phones and when you tell them the problem on chat they just quit talking to you.

Do not use Pay Pal!

I would rate Pay Pal as zeros stars if that was an option. They have literally no costumer service. When I came into an issue I could not find a way to talk with anyone. Do not use Pay Pal, when you have any type of problem, they will not help you. I am done with them!

I have always had a good experience with PayPal /1`877``247``2896/. Thank you so much PayPal. I have used PayPal for many years for purchasing goods over the web. I had a complaint against Glendale Irish Jewelry, Gal way who never sent me the goods I ordered (many hundreds of people have suffered the same!). I ordered jewelry in November 2019 for my family for Christmas and when it did not arrive and I was getting the run around from Glendale I had to buy more jewelry to replace it. Everything was purchased through PayPal. I contacted PayPal on 30th December 2019 and they upheld my complaint. Within a couple of days my money had been refunded in full and transferred to my bank account.

Scammers

I ordered paper towels and toilet paper during the coronavirus pandemic. We were desperate and were laid off from our jobs. The seller located in China, stole our money and never sent our product. This has been going on for months and there's nobody at PayPal to speak to. TD bank said that they have seen this nonstop and not to deal with PayPal ever again! Buyer Beware!

Company charge 4% fee to seller for each transaction thats lot of money. And bad thing is that buyer can do charge back any time with in 6 months Its very risky to signup with such money transfer company. Lost of my money despite of paying them 4% commission. When you send them 1000 email no one will reply. They blindly close cases without analyzing anything looks only machines working in there office. No Value for money and waste of time and Stress dealing with Paypal

They stole my money

They stole my money pretending that my base card currency was in Euros (it did not have a base currency though) and they accused the seller on that. After calling to the seller, it appeared to be that Paypal actually decided on which currency to withdraw money and stole my money on conversion transactions.
Their customer service are literally imbicils and they have not even attended primary school (so they cannot neither read, nor write). They are ineffective and useless and each agent changes to another one after the one reply to the customer. Overall, during one week of "fighting" with them, new agents changed 100 times or so.
I do not know how much money the companies get from collaboration with Paypal but thats a shame that the seller gave me only one option to pay and that was Paypal...

PayPal is a rip off

I am weighting this to inform anyone out there that paypal is a rip off! I purchased an item for my first time in history and the item never came. Then paypal said theybwould take care ofbit after a 2 weekbwaiting period then they said my refund was denied! I will never use this company again and hope they are shut down for theft. Please head this warning! Do not give use paypal!

Well basically they keep your money as long as they can. Totally scam artists. Never helped me at their "customer service". Disconnected phones, online chats its because I was aware of what they are doing and they did not wanna talk about it. They have already been reported to fair trading, Australian financial complaints authority (AFCA) as well as the police. Stay away from it.

I am unsatisfied with your services i waste my whole day and you closed my dispute. Why? I asked to provide the IP address from which the request is raised. Your executive answered me due to keep safe my account he can not share. From whom you want to keep safe account? Me?
100 times i told in conversation i did not made any transactions now you also closed one dispute so i am not able to raised again dispute for that one. What is this? When the money is not safe at pay pal then how any one can trust on you. Your service is too much bad you are not providing any contact number also to contact and money is also deducted form the suspicious attempt and resolution is ZERO.
Too much bad service 7000 rs is deducted from my account. I am not going to leave this whole amount. I will share every where and every day multiple time for this all.

Customer service is not existent, I was charged in a fraudulent transaction from " China", Nothing was shipped and there is no one to talk to at PayPal. I used them rarely, Always had suspicious feeling about this company, will never use it again.

I purchased an item thru ebay, paid w/paypal and did not receive a confirmation page until later that day. When I received the confirmation page, the transaction went thru and I noticed that ebay had my address wrong. It was an address that I used from 2015. I immediately contacted ebay and the seller. Ebay told me that the item hadn't shipped yet and I would b fine. Two days later I received an email from ebay that the package had arrived... 4 states away... at my old address. I appealed to paypal, only to find out that EBAY OWNS PAYPAL. TWO MONTHS LATER PAYPAL DECIDED THAT THE CASE WAS CLOSED AND I WAS OUTTA LUCK. ALL I WANTED THEM TO DO WAS TO SHIP TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS. BOTH EBAY AND PAYPAL DENIED THE CLAIM... SURE, WHY NOT! THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME OR DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH ME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMBINATION AT ANYTIME IF U R SEEKING SATISFACTION... WHICH IS WHY I TRY TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING THRU WALMART. THEIR PHILOSOPHY IS TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. ONE MUST WATCH THIS COMBINATION ON PURCHASES... THEY ARE NOT FAIR IN THEIR DEALINGS

I used PayPal to pay for a order I placed with aerapur for a thermometer and after waiting 1-1/2 month's and not receiving anything I filed a claim with PayPal. And they have attended the resolution twice. They have failed just like the seller.

Awful. I disputed a scam charge on my account and the claim was denied, in favor of the fraudulent seller. The website I ordered from has been taken down. I ordered a pool on May 2,2020 From titanhomes. Xyz and was provided a shipping label that they phished stating delivery of a media item on April 22,2020. This is a UPS label they phished. I never received the item, never received an email from the seller after asking for a valid label, and I have lost $150 because PayPal would rather protect a scamming seller than their loyal buyers. This was "case closed" without actually reviewing the details or talking to me, the buyer. I have decided to stop using PayPal because the protection is not there for me. I plan to share my experience in as many avenues as possible. Good riddance PayPal... BUYER BEWARE! (Seller, they got you regardless)

I used paypal to order Apple Airpod Pro from an online site. The seller sends me fake Chinese earphone that look like Apple Airpod Pro but with no voice cancellation, or compatibility to Apple phone and absolutely lousy sound quality. When I requested a refund, the seller wants me to ship them back to China or only offer me 30% of refund. I couldn't believe when Paypal is trying ask me to take this offer or take a full loss even if I was cheated by the seller and false advertisement should be a reason to stop payment to the seller. I only want my money back as it is not my fault. If the product was authentic or workable, I would have kept it. I am requesting the seller pays for the shipping back. Paypal is just like E-Bay and supporting the seller over consumer. I think this is a bogus company. They should consider learning good business practices. Learn from Amazon, or any credit card company since they are a payment system.

PayPal is not reliable for protection from fraud. I purchased phone cases from a Chinese Seller called Folkswagen Co., Ltd and never received the items. It was more than 3 months. Item has not moved until I raised a ticket with PayPal. These Chinese Sellers use a fake tracking system called 17Track and it favours Chinese companies on fake delivery allegations. I was surprised to see, my items shows delivered after raising the ticket with PayPal. I have all the proofs of email communication but still, PayPal doesn't favour. I lost 34 euros and adding to this, I was expecting to receive money from a client via PayPal and they put the payment on hold for 7 business days. When I called PayPal, no body respond. PayPal are totally a Money rippers where I lost another 15 euros for delaying the payment for 7 days (exchange rates changed). I DONT RECOMMEND PAYPAL AT ALL.

I would recommend not trusting or relying on PayPal for protection from fraud. You are much safer to use your credit card. I purchased from eBay and never received my KOVEA stove. It's been 2 months. Item has not moved. They want me to wait another month. Do yourself a favor, shop local. Or if you must, don't use PayPal

PayPal is allowing a Chinese company, JIADI Co., Ltd, to use PayPal to receive payments for purchases. Then JIADI does not deliver the merchandise, but it sends something worthless to someone else who lives in the same city as the buyer. Then when one opens a dispute with PayPal, JIADI provides proof that something was delivered to the city. UPS only shows the city on the proof--not the name or address of the recipient. Then PayPal denies your claim and you have to dispute it through your credit card company. Even if something is advertised on Facebook or a seller accepts PayPal, that does not mean the seller is reputable. In this case, PayPal and Facebook seem to be doing nothing to solve this problem. Then UPS will not provide proof of where the package of something worthless actually went because the recipient has a different name and different address. And nor is UPS willing to provide any documentation to show that the package was NOT delivered to the name and address of the actual buyer.
