PayPal Holding Money
December 11, 2021

I have done business using PayPal for years buying and selling. Suddenly, they decided they to start holding funding due to high fraud risk. I have to prove I have fulfilled the service. They will hold thousands of dollars for 2-3 weeks. Everything I do is either hand delivered or picked up by the customer. There is no way I can give them a tracking number. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. At this point Venmo is a better option even though they are owned by PayPal. I really like Zelle.

Scams and lies
June 28, 2020

Occasionally payment through PayPal goes well. The rest of the time, you are NEVER going to get it sorted out. Be prepared for cancelled, blocked, denied, etc. transactions with no reason, no warning, and no admitting they're the ones doing it. Currently they also have NO human support services, either, so there's no one to contact to explain why they're wrong. I won't be using them again, you shouldn't either.

Tired of Paypal

Very hard to get in touch with the team.
Been trying to unblock a 100 000$+ reserve for days, says I can do so by entering shipment information but it's not doing anything.
We're selling 30 times more than usual because of the COVID-19 situation, I understand the concept of the reserve but it's currently blocking the only income we have. The virus is not stopping us because we are a small ecommerce but Paypal will... How crazy is that?..

This company has THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Not only are they unavailable, you can NOT reach PayPal in the US via email, messaging, or calling. All of the number's listed are "non-working numbers". I requested for my PayPal balance to be instantly transferred to my credit union, at first, it claimed to have been submitted/completed, only then to be followed with a denial? I have never ran into any issues/problems with doing this before now and nothing has changed on my account information? Not only did they deny it, they have also wiped my account clean, with a zero balance. I will no longer use this company! They have no customer service agents working and they refuse to respond to your inquiry! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with this company! I do not recommend! I will now use Venmo from this day forward!

paypal.com Good to use them for online purchase only and having been a long time sincere user of this site for several years due to the many who have bought from me an use them, the thing that is annoying here is there is only buyer protection but none for the top rated seller) they should change there policy for certain trusted members like myself or at least give some buissnes sellers some seller protection who have lost out to undesirable buyers.

Still the best

I'm using pp for my home business and it's what it is. I never had any problems and horror stories but maybe it's because i don't use it as a consumer? But the resolution and security are all good. It's not automatically siding with a client in refund cases, and believe me it's a relief because there are all types of clients and they are not always right. When you buy a service from me and know what that service is beforehand you just cant change your mind all of a sudden. I run a home business and all the money i get counts. So thanks pp for looking into cases and letting me tell my side of the story.

Sucks

PayPal has screwed me several times. The merchant either send something you didn't order or parts of the order and sometimes nothing at all. When you explain your situation they act like they will help but they don't listen to what you say and from my experience they always favor the merchant and you don't get another chance. So PayPal good bye good ridden

I am so peeved. Spent time adding to cart then went to checkout and payment will not process. This was a proble a few months ago. Idiots they are. EBay says its a pp problem and PayPal says it is a eBay problem. After about 8 phone calls later PayPal admitted it was something on their end which makes since if it's PayPal software for payments. Neither is willing to do 3 way call to fix this.at this point I am pissed with both.

I have dealt with PayPal for many years and have never had a problem. It is very upsetting to discover what a fool I've been. They are dealing with companies that use false advertising to sell to people. When you provide picture evidence of such false advertising to PayPal, they do nothing to stop it. They do not care. Yet they tell us how safe it is to use PayPal and how they will fight for your rights. Please inform everyone you know to stop using PayPal and hopefully we can put an end to this deceitful company.
I will upload photos of the pages showing what I bought and what I received. Clearly shows false advertising. But PayPal stood by the company and said I had to pay to return something I never ordered.

I've been using PayPal for more than 10 years, and have never had a problem; much the reverse. They have actually gone to bat for me when I was scammed, and refunded money to me out of their pocket, not the vendor. This was not an eBay transaction. I used them to pay for an online purchase that turned out to be a scam from China. They were simply the payment vehicle. They still refunded my money. I can't say enough about their efficient communication or the excellent service. It was time consuming, but they were responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

PayPal is terrible
June 11, 2019

Don't try taking money out at Walkart through their barcode method. All you get back is a confused cashier (a Walmart problem that PayPal only adds to) and a slip that says unable to process transaction even though everything in your account is verified and checks out, and the money is available. I've had nothing buy problems with PayPal and I'm just going to give up on them. Thanks for the effort, PayPal, but you just don't really care at all. You've lost another customer, but I don't suppose that really matters, you billion-dollar money house. Have a great day.

This application only continues in the market because it's the only thing that people know.
Can't change the application language
Customer service doesn't exist
The fees are HIGH and they flag your account as a seller really easily
They hold your money for up to 21 days
Every time I had to receive money from friends (sadly PayPal being the only way they had) they charged me a lot.

If you can avoid using PayPal, please do. Stop giving more money to those rats

Their "Theft Policy" is that they will steal from you if you're a seller. I just sold a $2000 camera on Ebay. The buyer had remorse, so I logged into Paypal to refund him. Paypal is going to keep my approx. 4% ($68) transaction processing fee just because they can. Ebay is taking over payment processing from Paypal, and Paypal is taking it out on their own customers.

Rapid payment service

Actually, I have tried plenty of various payment methods and payment service but I have never faced something more convenient than paypal. In my opinion, paypal owns everything that you need for receiving and transfering money around the whole world. Moreover, all people around the world have their paypal, at least those ones who live in progressive countries. Of course, sometimes it might be quite inconvenient to transfer money, nevertheless I have never faced any issues with paypal. Everything is executed pretty fast and the recipient always tells me that the money was got.

After they locked my account and said that it could he 180 days till a review and informed me I can't send receive or transfer my money I'm now behind on bills as my paycheck is direct deposit into PayPal. They have been absolutely no help! Can't even tell me why my account is locked, what went wrong or when it will be fixed. They are just holding 2k of my money for a undisclosed reason. Absolutely complete bs!

The resolution center is terrible! My problem with a merchant escalated to the resolution center, they do anything. They closed my case without even notifying me. Now I am out of my hard earned my and to top that off I never received my item. PayPal stinks. Don't use them and order from vendors in the USA.

PayPal is extraordinary compared to other trade programming out there for both business and individual use. Their online site and portable application are both simple to utilize, when both paying and mentioning installments. PayPal has been my go-to installment technique for more than 2 years, and I've never had any enormous issues with it. I've generally get installments to my financial balances inside an opportune way, and their client assistance group is useful too.

I purchased an electronic device from tinydeal.com and paid via paypal for my payment security. But the parcel did not deliver me and paypal confirmed the payment to seller even i informed them and warned them. Be aware of Paypal.com services, it is not for buyers, they serve only seller with commissions."

I've been looking around for a lead solution for my office for close to a year now. In the past to use Pillow and was OK but it's from expensive. I was introduced to pay pal by one of my partners and I'm glad that we made the decision to move forward.
