It was the worst mistake i made. Please do not ever sign up for it. They are the worst service ever! My card didn't arrive for almost 4 months and i didn't get it ever at last i cancelled my account! When i tried to send their support emails they replied back with bot generated emails. When i tried to do live chat it took me 40 minutes to get to number 1 on queue and then it reset itself again to number 32. They just play games with you and suck money out of the wallets! I had my first payment of 44$ in it and i thought i would use payoneer but i didn't know that they are this $#*! service. I left those 44$ and didn't withdraw them because i couldn't without my card which i never received! Please for god sake don't ever sign up for it! I posting this here and almost everywhere so nobody regrets it later! I got tired of their $#*!

This company is simply fraudulent, they withhold funds on spurious grounds. Thier responses and requests illogical and unreal.
One such moronic response is " as your bank to return the funds to us"
As a payment provider, they absolutely know that the receiving bank has no knowledge of where a payment may be lying or is able to furnish me with any information other than " please ask the person making the payment to ask their bank to trace the funds"

I've been receiving my royalty checks from Getty for many. Many years. The previous direct deposit system worked fine as it was. I am now part of Payoneer and have no idea about the usefulness or advantage of the system or how it works. I received a notice that I now had a USD account. The reason I went to Payoneer was to find out what that meant. I was hoping that it didn't interfere with my direct deposits to my bank, as has always been the case and always dependable. I like simple. Want to keep it that way.

I want to suggest payoneer that there must be some identifications like photos or identification number of a person who is using the card... in some cases we are not able to provide the proofs that the card belongs to us and at that time we have to lose our card. She must be improved...

I was unaware that Payoneer has a fee that they charge when the account is inactive too long. I was not informed of this fact when I signed up and I was charged without notice when there was no activity for a few months.
They also want people to phone in to cancel their accounts. This fact is not listed on the web site.
I got a recommendation by my colleagues about Payoneer. I will most definitely use it as my main payment service and I like it. Just work on the speed and you will be pretty much excellent. Good job, highly recommended service.
They offer a great customer service, but the shipping of their cards is too bad. I ordered a card almost 40 days ago and I did not get any card at all, I had to request a card through expedited shipping, luckily, a customer service agent offered 50% discount.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by your card not being delivered promptly. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over other country's local mailing service. Normally cards are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, however when those are shipped through regular mail there is no tracking number for the shipment. I understand that it can be frustrating, but Payoneer is not liable for card shipping as from the moment when we pass the cards to postal service, the shipping process is out of our control.
