I have been working as a freelancer for 11 years now. In the first 9 years I used Paypal to receive and send payments. They blocked my account and held my money several times, last time for 180 days.
In the past two years though I switched to Payoneer and until now I had zero problems. I use it as my main and sole bank account, I don't have any other bank account. I get my salary paid through payoneer and I have a virtual US bank account that comes with my Payoneer account. Mass payouts (my salary) is processed in 5 minutes, while ACH payments to my virtual account in 1 day. Although you have to wait sometimes 30-40 minutes to reach a customer service (via chat), they are always helpful and any problem I had so far has been successfully resolved.

I have been trying for over 2 months to open an account. They blocked my old account, provided incorrect instructions (Customer Care) and then banned me. Now I cannot get paid. The Customer Care agents do not even read the emails nor it is within their scope of work to do anything to help. Customer Care just deals with complaints. No care at all. It's really hard to earn money from online and it's way more harder than that, when you wanna bring your hard earning money to your own local bank from abroad.

I want to share my bad experience with Payoneer.
About 2 months ago i entered my online account password incorrectly and my account got blocked. I sent all required information, they did not accept my documents, said a copy was unclear. I sent more documents, they still do not accept them. Meanwhile, my passport has expired- passports are issued for 10 years in my country- and now they do not accept a copy of my old passport and a copy of my new passport.
In addition to this, my card was blocked, and they shipped me a new card but i cannot activate it because the account is still locked.
Now, about their customer support. Waiting times in chats are awful- it takes about 30 minutes to get connected to an agent. They transfer my emails back and forth and say it was transferred to security department or some other department. Response time is very poor- my email was not responded for about 48 hours!
I really really need this resolved. Does their security department work at all?

I am very satisfied with this service. The representative was direct and he understood all what I said irrespective of my accent. I even ran out of airtime but he called back and we spoke for length. He was able to solve my initial problem and he even recommended an easier service for me. Payoneer for me is one of the best online financial service company.
General its ok but still you can do quick move for progress. I suggest make good export team. Costumer focus more. I want to ask one thing, Like I am from Nepal still online system and bank are far back. It will take time so I want to use online for commerce how to use?

Customer service virtually non-existent. They take forever to respond a simple email. They say your card was supposedly shipped out but "It will be about a month to receive and there's no tracking number available" You wait a whole month and never receive it, then they "reissue" and keep on doing the same until you realize they just want you to give up and end up paying the outrageous $40.00 and request the DHL shipping. I have been working and waiting for about 3 months now and all I need is a paycard to be shipped to a US address so I can take my money out. Is that too much to ask? Currently crossing my fingers so they have mercy on me and DHL can ship it this time, with the hopes they don't have the brilliant idea of closing out my account for no reason and end up STEALING my hard-earned money, like they've done to many other people. Had I seen these comments before I would've definitely went with a different company. You get what you pay for!

It was a very bad experience and I don't feel safe with Payoneer anymore, due to lockdown I can't provide a bill of any sort and I provided them with the rent agreement and my passport. Now my salary is stuck on Pending for the last 5 days and they are not refunding it to the account that sent it so I can have it transferred by any other method.
