I had difficulty linking my Fiverr and Payoneer accounts. When I called, a very polite representative responded and answered my questions, and the problem was solved.

The process is very strick, the information requiered to do evrything and I gues is to protect but I feel sometimes it feels like over kill but it maybe the requierement to operate this type of company.
They need lots of personal info to open an account, it takes 1 to 3 days to get your money, and they charge outrageous fees. Tried to receive $47.75 at 8am, and by the time it got my bank account at 6pm, it was $42.02. PayPal is much easier, cheaper, and almost instantaneous. Go look at how many complaints they have with BBB. I'm not going to use them unless there's absolutely no other option.
