I had a very good experience when i contacted Payoneer on phone. The Customer Support Team took time to understand my challenges, efficiently and calmly addressed my concerns with adequate suggestions to address further concerns I anticipated.

My funds are stuck worth of 8000 USD. First they removed my password because when I tried to access the account (I remember the password) all I see was "Your username or password is incorrect".

One of the worst online payment processing site. Please do not waste time. I got payment, and then wanted to transfer someone, and it says i need to load money to send.;. While i have already 80$ in it. What worst it can be? And now when we have requested refund, its more than 2 weeks and no reply..
Generally, Payoneer is first-rate and everyone in the business here uses it for either business or personal payments it is also a hassle-free route to receive payments worldwide in multiple currencies. The only fault I can think of is if you hit a compliance issue anywhere it can all drag on a bit other than that it's all good.
It's taken a while to get used to this service and learn about the forex charges, but the sheer convenience is incredible. I am able to be paid into a local USD and GBP account, which is where my overseas clients are based without waiting lengthy periods for international transfers and making it incredibly easy for them to pay me. Then, to be able to transfer the funds into my local bank account or keep them in forex on my card is also incredibly helpful. I have found that I need to be careful with the charges on the card when out of that currency zone, but that's been part of the learning curve.

Sometimes you will get flagged for a "review" - despite your payments being normal and regular - which will hold up your money for an extended period. The way they do this is extremely unprofessional with little concern for their customers. There is no recourse; you simply have to wait while your money is frozen.
Payoneer is so far the best among other online payment methods.It is easy to use and is acceptable in almost every country and on any ATM machine that accepts Master card. I am from Rwanda and I have been using Payoneer for over two years now and during all this time I have never been disappointed. I would really recommend it to anyone in Africa to try it and thank me later.

I am in the midst of setting up my account and the documents i was submitting kept being rejected, either for clarity reasons (not that they were unreadable at all because I checked) or because the picture was fuzzy? I submitted three different documents and hopefully they should suffice.
Plus is that you have customer support that responds to calls and and clear any doubts. I was assured that this time the ID I submitted is enough to verify my identity.
