The solution was " We will send you an email and you need to reply and follow instructions".
The email didn't contain any instructions but a request to reply with my question again
I thought that my problem would be solved instantly like it is done by any call center.

Not bad

After speaking with the rep and told that I was all set for a pending payment to get credited to my euro balance within 24 hours, I received an email asking for additional information and documents. Am at the airport about to take a long flight, thank God the flight was delayed. But nice guy, thank you

Poor system

I get payment 2 weeks ago, they asked for ID proof. I sent. Now i asked customer support status of my payment. They said it is under review. After wasting 15 days. They always says, its under review. This is big fraud company. Be aware. Don't go with this. You will lost your money. As i did.

Registration problem

Still waiting for verification of my bank account to start working. During registration it said: "usually it takes up to 3 days", but... It will soon be a full month since I registered, and still not there. Customer service said it's all right and I just have to wait more. Hope the problem will be resolved soon.

Great Customer care!

Ordering a new Payoneer debit Card
October 13, 2018

It just takes too much time to receive a new card.
- Please give realistic info (and not designed to protect you from liabilities)
- Make surveys about real postal times or via your software (compare dates of issuing and dates of activation cards, and/or via a survey after activation of the cards
- Make your sending procedure easier for the customer. In my case: send directly to the customer instead of from England, to Germany and then to Holland. Just skip Germany!
- Make teh sending procedure faster.

Unreliable and incompetent

Overall, not so good experience. The only reason I am using their services is because my employer is paying me through them. Customer service is nowhere near professional, fees are high and not constant, always have some excuses for their negligence... The moment I change the employer I am leaving them if they do not level up their services...

Great Payment Provider

Payoneer allows freelancers and the self-employed worldwide to work with major companies and 'punch above your waistline'. You get so much more than you bargain for at Payoneer and there's no other service like it for global contractors. I highly recommend it.

Great Customer Service

I became associated with Payoneer through my Airbnb listing. When I was unable to get it resolved with Airbnb I contacted Payoneer directly, and they did an excellent job. I can not say as much about Airbnb. I also appreciate that Payoneer is keeping jobs in America and not outsourcing the calls to other countries, only to increase their profits, but at the cost of providing excellent customer service. Good for you Payoneer, and shame on you Airbnb.

Payoneer is totally $#*!. I send mails to customer service four five times but never get reply from any person other than automated reply. I tried to call but they never response. The response is totally $#*! and never solve my problem. My account is locked but send too many proof, But they don't response. I'll never ever recommend this to anyone. I heard some other services Skrill and moneybookers with good review. Hope to switch and I advice to NOT TO USE payoneer.

Payoneer is awesome

I enjoy using payoneer because they have provided a way for me to earn as a freelancer and online earner and I remember always enjoying my payouts and have a card that access my funds whenever. And no matter where you are you still get access to this awesome service, I hope you guys continue and add more services but over all thanks again.
