I've only used service about 5 months, all is OK. Support center works perfectly. I would like to see a more informative and functional personal "myPayoneer" cabinet. For example, SMS-approving system for payments.

I was about to join Payoneer when a friend contacted me that payoneer are no longer offering Pre-Paid cards, he has a AUD account with Payoneer and tells me they don't allow Pre-paid cards which I thought was the whole idea behind this platform...
I've been using Payoneer for contract work for over a year & called to change banking information. I was a little nervous I would be on hold waiting for to speak to a live person & it would take some time to fix. Good news - no long hold time! I spoke with a very helpful gentleman immediately who knew exactly how to help. My account details were updated in less than 2 business days. I was very impressed & would highly recommend Payoneer to others.

Is being 4 hours no answer we cannot paid our employees. NO answer from your helpdesk no answer on any of the phones, offices close no emergency contact nothing@! What is going on!
