The CS was timely but couldn't help my situation at the moment because I was told to wait for few business days which is possibly going to affect me. But all through, it was awesome
As I was new to Payoneer, first I wanted to check if their service really works, so I made a few payment requests and tried to settle with my credit cards, none of that worked. Hence I contacted Payoneer several times and after few months they informed me that it was caused by domestic payments which they have disabled. After thinking it through, I decided to send payment requests to my real clients abroad, and the day I logged on to do this, to my shock, the request payment menu was gone from my screen. And when I asked from customer service they told me that the feature had been turned off from my account. I was more than surprised, they just turn off features without even telling me and further I was told that the decision will not be reversed. So does that mean it is possible when you have thousands of dollars on your Payoneer account, and one day when you login, Withdraw funds menu is gone from your screen and when you ask customer service, they tell you that although you have thousands in your account, withdraw funds has being "turned off" from your account and that decision will not be reversed. What would you do?! I was under the impression that this is 2018 where people and companies are more civilized than this when it comes to giving online services. PS. I had to give one star because I was unable to submit this review without giving at least one star.
It has been awesome experience on this platform. I am always happy to use payoneer. I will always recommend this platform. I started using payoneer since 2017 and till date, I have remain a happy customer. Nice job guys!

Payonee force and fraud me to transfer my money from Paypal to Payoneer, they told me the Bank transfer fee will be $15USD flat fee, and after I transfer my money from Paypal to Payoneer and withdrew to my local bank the fee become 2%, this is far far away from $15USD, after the issue show up, the customer service start to bargain the price from 2% to 1.5% to 1%, I can't believe this is banking business what they do. I have all of Conversation record. If the question can't be solved I will definitely publish to everyone online, tell everyone should keep away to using Payoneer.
I called about an issue with my new card and the staff was very quick to solve the problem and to give me the answers I needed. I'm giving them a 6th, symbolic star, for being able to deal with a foreign accent.

Good service, but problems to get a replacement for my expired card. I loved Payoneer until 3 months ago ever since my card was expired and I am still struggling big time to get a replacement and therefore be able to withdraw my money. Besides that I have to say Payoneer was and still is my best business ally.
