They tsent me an email to clarify some additional information and I didn't see it untill it was too late, as a result one of the services was canceled on my account. My concern is why they didn't send this email to the inbox in the platform since I believe this is where they should send the communications to the customers to begin with, what does it work for then!?
Really happy to talk to the customer care for the card being lost earlier but they after certain verifications helped me to get a new one and it will be in my home soon.
