Had I found it within a week it would have been unblocked, but unfortunately, I did not find it. Customer Care also helped me order a new card. However, the following month, they blocked my second payment, requesting a copy of my contract with the sender of the funds. My frustration lies in the fact that this requirement wasn't mentioned during the initial verification process. Why wasn't all the necessary documentation requested at once?
It feels like every month brings a new request for additional documents, creating unnecessary delays and complications in accessing my funds. While I fully understand and support the need for verification, the piecemeal approach to requesting documents is extremely frustrating and inefficient. I'm genuinely baffled by this lack of foresight.

All along i had received a good banking experience with Payoneer only until the closed my account without a solid reason this was after I had submitted all the required information.
