It took Payoneer almost TWO months to process my verification documents in which time they WITHHELD $800 without consulting me. Is this even legal? I called the help center more than 6 times, sometimes I was on the line for up to half an hour. Every time I was told my documents were being translated and I would get a response within 48 hours, which I did not. Several perfectly legitimate documents were submitted and not accepted because this company was not able to translate them properly, (because they were in French, I presume), this included my French electricity bill and an attestation of my address from my electricity company EDF. This supposed to be a multinational company right? What's to translate? It's an EDF bill! I received NO email warning me, in advance, that my funds would be withheld until the documents had been verified and no written apology. If I had known I could have used any number of other more trustworthy money transfer websites, like PAYPAL. I deem this company to be extremely unprofessional and frankly, I think they are out of their depth.
Payoneer needs to provide a good customer service. It should be a part of their policy. Payoneer has irresponsive emails and live chat. Only call is not the solution its an expensive thing. It took 7 days to clear just 92$ imagine what if the amount was bigger and with irresponsive emails get the customer more frustration. Act before its late

I was waiting about 15 days for account verification. In that time I spoke few times with customer care, each time girls were very polite, but they could not do nothing to speed up the process.
Also one time I was 15minutes on call stand by and after that I got an information that there are not available operators, so I will get an phone call from your side, but that never happend.
My general experience until now is on low level, I hope you will be better in the future
