One of the worst customer care services I found around. No email replies, you have to chase them for an answer. I wanted to close my account and nobody replied. I thought they weren't replying just because I wanted to terminate my account. In the end, after many times, I was able to call and my issued was resolved by a great employee, Dave Malgarejo, who actually cared about customer satisfaction and he went above and beyond to make things go smoothly for me. So I thank Dave, and NOT Payoneer for this.
I wouldn't recommend Payoneer to anyone, absolutely terrible.

I had an existing account but I forgot the password and username however I created a new account and both the accounts got blocked so I decided to call in and the Representative who answered the call handle the whole situation very professionally from start to finish she helped me well so now I just got to wait 3 days to have access to my Payoneer account. I highly recommend Payoneer to any and all international employers and employees to obtain a Payoneer account everything is very fair with Payoneer.

The customer service officer was very helpful in quickly resolving the issue. Though it took forever on the phone which was not his fault as he needed to contact the bank department. Overall pleased with the service

Estefania is great. She was able to help me and fix my concern but the first one name Trisha just hung up on me when I was asking for a manager since she cannot help me with my concern. Her English was bad aswell.
I've spent over two years working with Payoneer (and it is how I got paid from work). However it seems every month they ask for more and more documentation which becomes harder and harder to fulfill. At last they asked me to show a government ID newer than 12 months which is ridiculous (who gets new ID's every twelve months) they then blocked me from my paycheck making me live off of family help stripping me of all my hard work of the month before essentially screwing me financially with no forewarning of any kind. When Payoneer was up and running for me all was great, but this is a warning that they will spam you with endless asks for documentation updates and if you rely on this platform for income do it at your own risk.
I am really satisfied with their service and the Payoneer support team. Thank you I hope my problem will be solved soon.
At first the experience was not satisfactory to me. I was struggling with my first time on pioneer. The moment I got to realize customer support I got online and an agent was ready to call me back. Luckily he assisted me to process the details with repeated failure from my side. It lasted almost an hour but eventually all went well. Thanks to pioneer.
