My card expired Oct. 1st. I ordered my first card in July. It never came. I called and they said they would ship it for free through DHL. A week later, no tracking number. I called, and the guy said he forgot to order it. So, they would order it again, this was Sept. 23rd through DHL, I get a tracking number 3 days later, it was through registered mail. This happened two more times, and today is the 9th of October. I can't get any money.
I really have little experience with Payoneer. I am yet going through registration process to have my account approved. However, with my few interactions with customer care. I have always been satisfied with the way and manner I have been handled. Very polite and nice people, and always ready to assist to have my issue resolved. Customer care deserves recommendation.

I have been receiving payments through Payoneer for a long time and so far there have been no problems, this is the first time that Payoneer keeps money without an answer. I only received automatic responses to emails that make no sense. Today, after many attempts to get in touch with you by e-mail, I received certain information via telephone conversation (the girl was very kind). So I don't have a positive opinion until I see if the problem will be solved and in what time frame.
