I had problem with the card shipping I believe the delay happened because of corona virus and the limited stuff payoneer have in office, however they're professional enough to cooperate and help you with whatever problem you have.
I had some initial problems when I was asked to upload some documents as required. My status was "under review" for days, so I decided to call. I got disconnected and the Customer Service Representative promptly returns my call and fix the issues and approve my new card right away. Great customer service guys!

Have been using Payoneer for last 5/6 years and they are amazing. Helped me greatly in my freelancing career. Their support system is very busy but that is natural for such a big platform. In terms of calls, they are responsive, understanding, and committed to helping. However, sending emails to these guys is like a waste of time, they never reply, and if they do, they take weeks. Stick to calls though
I am new to Payoneer but i have received world-class service and customer support from them. No matter what they are with you to help you to succeed. I am currently using their platform to withdraw my freelance earnings to my local bank account. I am getting a good conversion rate compared to other companies and i must say their customer service is top-notch. This was the most helpful and nice customer service I have ever had while being on the call, she never got irritated even though it was a call longer than expected, and she even called back as the line got disconnected.
Make sure you talk to someone personally. If you leave an email, the auto-response will reply to you and they will automatically resolve the case when it did not answer any of your questions.
Fees are considered high. It's cheaper to do bank transfer.

Sometimes i want to kiss you sometimes i want to strangle you when you guys add things in the Verification center and i think I'm all good to Withrow my money and I'm waiting for my money to be transferred there are some either Utility bill or some other document i need to add Please make it clear to me that i still need to add that document or something i was waiting from the 19 th this month till now for some money i transferred and it was missing a utility bill. :D please send me my money i send the utility bill again the first time it was unclear but was processing took forever.
