I had problem with the card shipping I believe the delay happened because of corona virus and the limited stuff payoneer have in office, however they're professional enough to cooperate and help you with whatever problem you have.
I had some initial problems when I was asked to upload some documents as required. My status was "under review" for days, so I decided to call. I got disconnected and the Customer Service Representative promptly returns my call and fix the issues and approve my new card right away. Great customer service guys!
