Wanted a different frame which is out of stock. Settled for another frame. These replace a set of glasses that sensor coating became wavey in about a month of use. They should have replaced those glasses and I will not buy any coatings from PAYNE. Service took a week to respond to my problem then did a very poor settlement. I do not recommend dealing with PAYNE. If you have a problem they are not there to make good on their errors.

Incredible service from order to delivery. Great prices. The only thing I would like to see just a few more styles. I have an update. My progressive lenses were a little off due to me not knowing how they sit. I chose wrong, yet I was able to send them back to them for a little tweak. All this was done at no cost to me. They have exceeded far beyond my expectations with thier exceptional protocols. Highly recommend them!

This site made my request truly basic. Saved time, and cash! The costs are superb, and you really have decent casings! The lone disadvantage was that I was holding up somewhat more than I suspected.

Quality: I bought two pairs of glasses from them -- by the way the try-on feature online does not work. One of the frames looked super strange and I just don't know what to do with them now. The other pair was perfect! Online glasses retailers usually have some sort of distortion in their lens that makes it difficult to see 360 degrees, but these have the same clarity and functionality as the glasses I had made in the shop. They have a low bridge fit section where I was looking for plastic frames. I ended up getting a pair from the mens section because they seemed narrower around the nose, and they actually stay up.

Returns: they are unable to offer a full refund on returned glasses unless Risk Free Warranty is purchased. Be careful when selecting frames on this site or order them non-prescription to try at first! You will only be charged $4 for restocking when you send back a non-prescription pair.

Although the pay with Amazon feature did not work, everything was great. Easy to navigate the site. Easy to virtually try on glasses. I could not believe how quick we received the glasses. Everything seemed too good to be true but 4 weeks after purchase and still no issues!

Got these for my son. The shopping experience is always easy! I only gave a four star on the product because the transitional do not get as dark as they should. Otherwise we love them.

I bought another style of glasses with the same prescription because the glasses are such a great quality and price. I already have a pair with a larger frame, but got a smaller frame this time. I also have a pair of prescription sunglasses. Order time to delivery was reasonable too.

It has been a rip off experience. Customer service is no help. Had recommended them to someone before realizing what crappy service they give. They actually expect you to pay for the aspect of getting a refund.
