Very good. A lot of options for lenses. Payne Glasses is an overall awesome company! I've ordered numerous pairs. The frames are BEAUTIFUL. I have received many compliments on them. They have made it easy to get adjustments and refunds if needed, definitely must recommend! My shopping experience with Payne Glasses is excellent.
I was very Impressed with this company from the ordering process to the delivery. They were quick and efficient. I even had to do an exchange for a better fit and since I have a complicated prescription. I received excellent service and a quick turn around on that pair as well. I am extremely satisfied with my glasses and with the service I received. I will definitely recommend them to others!
My glasses were nicely made but does not darken yo shades in the sunlight which I paid to get these type of lenses. It barely darkens in the sunlight, to the point you can barely tell the lenses change. As a matter of fact, this is the second pair I have received like this after paying for these particular lenses that gets dark in the sunlight. I'm not getting what I paid for.

The frames are BEAUTIFUL. I have received many compliments on them. The only negative thing I would say is the lenses do smudge easy. If you don't have access to the cleaning cloth that comes with the glasses, you'll be looking through a blur all day. Other than that, they're the best glasses i've ever had. I'm considering ordering another pair in a different color.
Can not see correctly with new eye glasses. Email with company a pain. In stead of just remaking them again,. Cust serv is instructing me to put glasses on and move them back forward over my eyes.

I've purchased from Payne 3 times so far and likely will again in the future. The money saved over conventional eyeglass retailers is substantial. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the glasses from Payne. I see no reason to go elsewhere at this time.
My glasses didn't work and I contact customer service and they didn't want to help.
An honest review from a person who invested in the first group. My recommendation is a big NO. Don't invest in the first group and do not fall in to their false promises. The company uses pressure sales, hypnotic marketing to lure investors. I challenge that there no big cheater than the first group in the world. Be careful of this company. Spread this message to all your contacts and make this review viral and save people from getting duped.

This was my second time ordering from Payne Glasses. These glasses are nice quality for the money. My first order took a little longer in shipping than expected, but they made up for it with this second order. It came almost a week earlier than expected! Go ahead and take the chance... it's worth it!
I enjoyed the virtual trying on off glasses (when available). There were times when the image wasn't positioned correctly on my face. My first set of glasses didn't work out. Through many emails and pictures sent via email, I was able to return the set using a refund code to purchase different glasses. The second set didn't work out for me either. Consequently, because I used the refund code, I am now stuck with glasses that don't work for me. In hindsight, I would have rather received 50% back and return the glasses than try twice and have unusable glasses. My advice to someone considering this online option of buying prescription glasses, don't do it unless you are comfortable in gambling.

Got great glasses for a great price and shipping was fast. Had them with a couple weeks at a fraction of the price at the doctors. I was nervous to order progressive lenses online, but took the chance during a sale and am very happy with the 2 pairs I ordered! Thank you!
