At first I was skeptical about the company really working with me to try and help me get my money back. They would tell me in the beginning to be patient because it can take some time to get the money you were scammed back.
One of many reasons why I like them is because every time I call when they are open either they transfer my call to whom I'm looking for or if they aren't working they take it on themselves to help me with my case or even let me know that they will be sure that they give me a call when they return. To my surprise I get a call back just like they said. But I will be glad when we can close my case with me getting my money back.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service and attention I receive from Pay Back. My contact person Eldad Kos is a very caring and kind person. He is always on top of things and calls me or emails me on regular basis and reports on how my case is progressing and if I need to submit more documents. Over I am overly satisfied with the service I get from pay back in general and Mr. Eldad Kos as my case manager in particular particular.

Engaged Payback to retrieve my funds from scammers (investment scam). The customer service manager Tal returned my call within hours and briefed me on the entire process which was simple to understand, and then I made a 10% retainer fee so they can start work. It's been a week and they have done actual work with good progress. Also, my case manager Jacob Falman and Tal have both been very prompt in responding. Overall the experience so far has been reassuring. I hope they succeed soon in retrieving my funds! Will leave another review after.

Look this is not my first time getting in touch with payback. I previously got in a similar situation with crypto. But again this time it's much heavier. I really am very thankful for each and one of the members of the group. But for my case Manager,' Liron' he's really something different. I can see how committed and determined, the level of understanding he has shown me I really appreciate it. I may sound abit exaggerating but it's all a worth of truth, I am really am saying the way I feel. I am very impress with this company specially with Eitan that is the person that is working with my case. Eitan is very professional, he answer all my question and keeping me up to date on the procedure, makes me feel very safe and give me a lot of hope that they will to get my money back, just when I lost hope, whitch my own bank ignore the frud I suffered while under the protection bank.

This company is a scam, please stay away. It is just another layer of crypto scams and they themselves are involved in it. They purport to charge clients upwards of $15,000 up front, with a promise to draft hundreds of letters on your behalf, but do not actually represent a client as getting your money is the only goal. Once you pay, they will ignore you, ignore any complaints you make to management and just let your file fall by the wayside. They are in league with the scams so that they can continue to perpetuate receiving funds from unsuspecting clients who think they are being helped in recovery.

I lost money to these crypto scams more than once. I feel so stupid because I fell for it again and again. I hired the services of Payback Ltd. Paid the upfront fee that was hard for me to get together, as I'd already lost everything I had. I was sent Rebuttal Letters to forward on to the appropraite institutions. Which I thought was a bit strange considering I hired their services. I was scammed. For the first six months I had regular contact with my agent. Suddenly she left the company and I was passed on to some one else. I have not heard a word from them for over eight months. I have emailed, time and time again to hear nothing from them. They are the vultures. They are worse than the crypto scammers, knowing youvé just lost thousands of dollars with the promise to get your cash back. And they take there fee and do nothing. They are full of Sh*t. They should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. They probably wrote them themselves. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not help you. I only gave them one star because I had to so I could post my review

I got to say I was doubtful I would actually get my money back. Today, I officially got back everything on my card. It took a little less than 2 months. I bet him I would make a review if they actually got my money back so here it is. I would happily recommend this company.

So far payback ltd have done exactly what they claimed they would do. I have another claim that they are pursuing and have yet to see results but I am confident.
