Partzilla is my go to site for my motorcycle needs. They are responsive and helpful when I have questions. The online parts diagrams-lists help to be sure I'm getting the part I need. Parts are always correct and shipped quickly
I ordered a bunch of parts form these guys. First they said 2 items were not in stock. Then a week and a half later I got another email saying they needed to charge me an additional 150 for shipping? This is after their site said spend 150 for free shipping, which I did. Dont waste your time with these guys. I ordered directly from can am instead. Free shipping thru them right now.

I chose Partzilla over a local dealer for motorcycle parts because it was cheaper and the parts should have arrived at a similar time. However, the order got delayed and then the "Expedited Shipping" doesn't exactly seem Expedited, taking 3-4 days to arrive after already waiting 3-4 days for the items to ship from them. Then when I called, the associate just told me there was nothing they could do to alleviate the issue of delays.
Your local dealer, if ordering from the manufacturer, would have had at least the same delay in receiving the parts. We ship your order immediately after receiving the item from the manufacturer and, with an East Coast and West Coast shipping facility, we are usually able to get parts to our customers faster than local dealers.
I initially posted a negative review of partzilla.com but after the supervisor Chris reached out to me and offered a refund and sent the right part expedited, i decided to give them another try. I am a repair shop them so its really important to save money. They also offered me a commercial discount which is easy to apply for and now i save 20% off additional. I think the reason a lot of people are upset is that the estimated ship time is not clear. It says ships in 2-4 business days but that is when the part leaves, and then you have to allow extra time for the carrier. Its worded confusingly. Plus the cart empties a lot, but they said they are fixing that. This time I got my parts on time, and all was as expected. I will be giving them another try soon.
I'm confused as to how it takes 11 days for something to ship from Albany, GA to Summerville, SC. Then it goes to the post office and I wait 3 to 5 more days! I could have driven to get the part. I should have stayed with what I was familiar with and ordered from ebay or amazon. The big "fast shipping " on their page got my attention. Definitely a big crock of deception! Never again Partzilla

My local Yamaha parts dealer said sorry can't get that, they don't make that any more you will just have to keep your broken part and ride it. Lol 3 days later I had a brand new OEM shock absorber in my hands, thanks Partzilla one very happy customer!
My experience with Partzilla has been good. I have used them twice. The second time I received the wrong part. It was a $50.00 purchase, I took pictures of the item, explained why it would not fit sent it to the customer service dept and received a quick response. There was no foot dragging, I got a return number and was refunded cost plus shipping within two days after the return. They were never anything but helpful to this customer.

Waited 1 month for my stuff coming from us to canada. Phoned customers service over 12 times to give me tracking number but they never assist you with any issue. Finally sent me tracking number after my package already returned back because they wrote wrong address on the package. After few days i phoned to talk to the supervisor and he told me that i need to wait again till they receive it and they will send it back!

Why would would you ship parts that are the wrong application? Charged me for two day shipping, when the part was never available. I was misled into believing, that is was a stock item. Way to scam customers out of their monies.

Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Our records show that this order was returned and a refund was issued.
Have ordered through them for many years and spent lots of $$$$. Last three orders there as been an issue and I've had to contact customer service multiple times. Every time I was lied to. From claiming my order would arrive next day, they lost the order and even promise to overnight replacement order but never did. Would get a different response from every time I had to contact them.
Not sure why they have gone down hill but time to use other competitors.
Ordered a new carb and some other parts for a big ride. Parts were oem just like I get locally, but priced better and fast delivery. Bike runs better than new, no adjustments required. I'll buy from them again in the future.

I have ordered from Partzilla primarily for parts and tools for my Honda Blackbird. My most recent purchase was for a tool that was supposed to take a week to receive. "There are many in stock". Two weeks after order I was told it was another week out. This time I complained rather bitterly and asked for the GM's name and email. Amazingly my order was shipped the same day as my complaint, not a week later.
I know times are tough right now, but they are a sophisticated organization and should be ahead of the game.
Except for this one hiccup they have been great and I recommend Partzilla 100%.

We have been a commercial customer (independent repair facility) of Partzilla for the last 5 or so years. We buy a lot of parts from them. I am pleased with the inventory stock ( they stock far more than most dealers, and I used to be one) have excellent pricing, great customer service (if the rare problem ever does occur) and the shipping time and cost is very reasonable (we rarely pay for shipping as we rarely place small orders). Their online microfiche is quite good, however, since the last update the scrolling schematic until you get to the bottom of the parts list is annoying but manageable. I am very pleased to be a Partzilla customer and will continue to be for the foreseeable future! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

Ordered parts 6/14/23 it is now 8/30/23 and still missing parts that I ordered in June. Now told mid September. Keep getting emails that it's going to be longer once a week. I guess they like to sell stuff they don't even have.

They do have more parts in stock than your local dealer but do not expect to get your order in the quoted time. This is based on 3 separate orders that I have placed, all with the same frustrating outcome.
Literally waited much longer for a part than was lead on, arrived as the wrong part needed. Then I was told send it back we will refund when it returns, just order another one. Like I've got the money for that. This place is absolutely gabarge for customer service. Needless to say I'm not driving 25 miles to ups to send back this part when they messed up. I'm not giving them more gas money and my time. This part is trash just like partzilla now to me. Scam scam scam

Clutch cable broke on Suzuki C50. Had one in three days. Great quality and price. Started off installing myself but wife assisted in tight spots. Then neighbor helicopter mechanic helped. Turned into a great neighborhood project.
