The part I ordered was defective and I had to spend two months harassing them in order to get a refund. If I didn't stay on top of it and track every conversation I would be out almost $200. They are probably great if the part works -- you will save money. But if the part fails you will have a very difficult time getting a refund.
This site is a straight up scam. Run by hustlers. They send u WHATEVER is the cheapest garbage they can give u that will fit ur vehicle and charge u for top notch brand name OEM parts! They sent me 4 garbage generic $40 calipers for my truck after billing me $422 for power stop red powder coated calipers. Hung up 3 times. Kept puttin me on hold. Clasic run around. When I called to return em. And dont even try to get the $100 core charge back. Unless u have a lawyer on hand to call them.! They also claim free shipping. But billed me $48. If u feel like gettin straight up robbed partsgeek gets 5 stars from me as far as bein slick and robbin u from 3 angles at once! Hats off to the biggest scumbag scam site ive ever come across in 20 years of buying auto parts! Have no idea how the BBB or consumer affairs hasn't cought this shady $#*! scam site yet
They got to me for over 70 dollars. Part was wrong. Returned it. Never got refund. They never responded to my messages. Phone calls just got empty promises. Bad bad bad review by sehmab

Enters the HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they close out my support tickets WITHOUT it being resolved (they decided for themselves whether it was resolved or not), but they are making me wait 7-14 business days (that's 3 weeks!) for a refund since they received my part back. PLUS they made ME (THE CUSTOMER) pay for shipping! For their mistake! How disappointing.
What poor business principle and customer service. You should cover the cost of shipping if a product sent by you does not fit the vehicle or is incorrect.

So I bought from this website once before(I have not even received my first order) but anyhow, I bought again. These parts where ordered by my dad who is a mechanic and I helped him with his online shopping. On the second order, I decided to ship the part directly to his mechanic shop instead of to me ( for obvious reasons). Somehow parts and geeks did not like that and sent me an email requesting MY Identification because the billing and the shipping address were not the same when I placed the order( YEAH ITS CALLED BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR A REASON, MEANING I CAN SEND IT WHEREVER I WANT BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT). Anyway I still responded politely with my ID and in my email I stated that my billing address was not on my ID because my ID is old and I moved this year. In the same email I said that I wanted it shipped elsewhere(not on my ID and not my billing address, BUT THE ADRESS I TYPED IN WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, my dads mechanical shop). After another day ( my credit card already charged DAYS PRIOR and the item was not only NOT shipping but they wanted more paperwork proving the shipping address. I AM PISSED! How fast can you take money but not PROVIDE THE SERVICE IN WHICH YOU CHARGED!? Days have passed my dad needs his part to finish his job and at the end of the day I didn't get a part and I still was charded! COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Partsgeek does not provide customer support! When I paid for my part via PayPal, the payment was flagged because they could not find an address for PartsGeek. A few hours later the transaction did go through, but when I tried to cancel it through PartsGeek, I received a computer generated response stating that because they move so fast that orders can not be cancelled. How strange that the part didn't ship from somebodies warehouse for several days after the order was placed. It is almost impossible to get a RMA number to return the part and when I did finally figure out how to get a RMA, I never heard from them. They do not answer phone calls and as far as I can tell don't want to have part returned to them. I also was asked by PartsGeek (via a computer) to submit a review of their service, but since it was negative, it never has shown up. I will never do business with this company again.
I ordered parts and never received my order, i called the shipping company and the shipper. They say i have to wait 30 days for an answer. Please do not buy parts from this company. And they never answer the phone.
I ordered a part, it came broken. I had to email them just to hear that they would contact the company and to wait for RAD # or something to return it. I paid $30 more to return it. Now I'm trying to get an update on my refund and it says my ticket is closed so they cannot reply to me! I went to geek to order, they were quick to take my money now they have nothing to do with it?
They sent me wrong brakes and rotors after spending over $160 on their $#*!ty website. I looked up the parts by my year make and model and the rotor and brake kit popped up with my car description. NONE of the parts fit and I spent 3 hours trying to get them put on my car just to find out they're way too big. They won't answer and also expect me to pay to return them. So now it's going to cost me another $20 + just so I can get my money back and still have NO BRAKES. My brakes are shot and I finally thought I had the problem solve. Thanks so much parts geek for screwing me over. Don't order from them unless you want to waste your money and time. They don't care about their customers at all!
They are incompetent and create a labyrinth of complexity when you try to return the wrong part that they have inevitably sent you. In my experience, they know nothing of service or automobiles. I regret that I couldn't give them less than one star.
I ordered a set of strut assemblies for my Elantra, they sent me one correct strut and one wrong strut. Took them 4 days to email me a paid return shipping label. And still two+ weeks later I have not received a refund. My advice to you, order elsewhere or from a local parts store. I will never order from Parts Geek again.
I purchased a repair part and realized I didn't need it and contacted them for an RMA # which I received and put on the box I had not opened to send back at "MY EXPENSE". They received it 15 June, I contacted them 26 June and it hadn't been moved to the warehouse for "INSPECTION". Here I am at 6 July and sent them another message as to when am I getting refunded? I am working on my own vehicle to save money, at this point I should be drawing interest for my long term investment with these people!
I ordered a flywheel and was sent a FedEx tracking number on Wednesday PM July 1st. Knowing that Friday is a holiday (observance of July 4th on July 3rd) I made sure I placed the order so the holiday would have little effect on my delivery. My part sat there for FOUR days until finally was scanned by FedEx the first time Sunday PM. They can't use the holiday excuse. Somebody took off mentally or physically early for the 4th and screwed me on my car repairs. Bad business

They made a mistake on my order and refuse to CORRECT their mistake. I paid for my parts and did not receive them all. I ordered 8 spark plug for my 2008 Chevy Express 2500 van 6.0 V8 engine but only receive 4 spark plug. Please use some other site for your Auto parts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Called and ordered over the phone, the guy read the order back and it was correct. When I received my order it was wrong! The problem is Geek Auto parts is at fault but I have to spend $350 to send it back by freight because its the wrong $#*!ing bumper they sent! I only paid $110 originally but double to send it back! I'm pissed and still no bumper i may as well took my car to the $#*!ing dealership. I hope you go the $#*! out of business! Never again! You guys are so full of $#*!!
