When I received the ignitor for my gas stove it was completely broken. It seemed like the part was broken before they shipped it. There needs to be better quality control prior to shipping. Then a fragile label added to notify the carrier. I called the customer service line and the lady was extremely understanding and helpful. She promptly got a new part on its way. She even took the time to make sure that I had ordered the right part in the first place.

The heating element in our electric oven went out on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It was easy to use PartSelect's website to figure out which part I needed and to order it. I ordered on Sunday, and the part was shipped out early Monday morning. Unfortunately the part did not arrive until the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but I think that was due to shipping delays related to the holiday. When the part arrived, my husband and I used the video on the website to install the new heating element in our oven. We are not handy at all so their video was helpful and everything is functioning perfectly.

I needed a few parts for an LG range and this website made it so easy to not only find what i was looking for but also, great prices. Both pieces (switched board and an electrical cable) came out cheaper than the price a contractor was giving me. My only suggestion? You need to know what you are looking for, and you need to know the exact model #. Especially if like me, you are unsure of what is causing the problem. Both items fit perfectly on the range and it is working as it should.

The handle was a little shorter than the manufacture original part, other than that it works just perfect. Will order again if need. Thanks for every thing.

This has been a great place to order parts from. The parts seem fairly priced compared to other stores, it's easy to find the part needed, and instructions are often available. I do wish more instructions and videos were available. I end up having to search Youtube to find out how to install.

Ordered a part for a fairly old washer on 7/5/20. It was shipped on 7/6/20. It was delivered via FedEx on Saturday, 7/11/20. Couldn't believe how quick it came and I only purchased the EconoShip Shipping Method! So grateful they had the part, now I can actually open the washer door without worrying about breaking my natural fingernails (which has happened more than once!). The only thing that brought it down to 4 stars was the price of the item. All I ordered was a small plastic handle for the door - nothing else - used the old screws, and it cost $35.14 just for the part and $7.95 for the EconoShip. But, hey, it's saving my fingers so it's worth the cost.

Very competitive pricing and a few dollars less than OEM I called customer service to verify the model and part needed. I had some concern regarding it being the correct part because of the grid showing size. Customer service rep assured me since I used their help service and they confirmed the part that if not correct they covered return shipping. Part came quicker than expected. Will use again for future needs.

When I bought my home, the appliances were very old. The middle door shelf was missing in the refrigerator. I was able to find the part at PartSelect and it fit perfectly. Shipping was prompt.

After purchasing an older used range, it had to be converted from gas to propane. Part select had the parts. Only problem they didn't include all that was needed so had to place a 2nd order to get the rest of the parts. The stove is now working fine.

It was easy to navigate their website and to find the correct part. I ordered the part on Monday morning and received an email on Tuesday indicating the part had been shipped. It arrived on Wednesday morning via FedEx. The new part arrived in the factory box. The part was identical to the original.

Competitive pricing, speedy delivery. Providing DIY installation videos was awesome however the video was missing some important closeups so I had to call a handier friend. Site navigation could use a little improvement. Would definitely order from PartSelect again.

Have a 16 yr old Maytag double oven. Works very well but inner window cracked in one door.

Received the water inlet Tube OK, but need more operation time on ice maker to see if tube functions OK. Original tube would allow water to accumulate in plastic Elbow in tube, then Freeze and block any more water from entering into ice maker to make more cubes. This was a problem of the original design of tube and not that of Parts Select.

I ordered a part for my stove and received the correct part quickly. Thank you and I will continue to order my parts from Partselect.
